Datura — a highly toxic and mind-altering plant that has fascinated and terrified people for centuries. DATURÆ crafts an auditory journey mirroring the disorienting and hallucinogenic effects of the plant — where reality slips into delirium and dreams. His hypnotic rhythms guide listeners into a trance-like state, leading them through waves of confusion, dissociation, and surrealism. The industrial textures and intricate grooves mimic the plant’s unpredictable, sometimes nightmarish, effects, creating an experience that blurs reality and induces a dreamlike state.

Emerging from the underground rave scene in Frankfurt, DATURÆ’s evolution in Beijing has shaped a style that fuses hypnotic rhythms with industrial energy. Performing at tempos between 133–145 BPM, he creates a raw, impactful atmosphere that draws listeners deep into his sound.

Having played at iconic venues such as Groundless Factory and Pillbox in Beijing, as well as underground spots in Xi'an and Shanghai, DATURÆ has shared the stage with influential acts like Schwefelgelb (EBM), Unhuman (Raw Hypnotic), and Andreas Kraemer (Hard Techno). Featured sets on Beijing City Radio and Bai Hui Radio further solidify his presence in the underground music scene.

Currently, DATURÆ is focused on his own productions, releasing singles every month and preparing for an EP release next year that will deepen his exploration of his unique industrial-hypnotic sound.

Juan Pablo González, aka Melmak, is a producer and DJ from Buenos Aires, Argentina, currently based in Italy. Influenced by hypnotic techno and the deeper sounds of the underground, he has refined his style over the years, blending elements of techno, minimal, and dark sounds with a clear intention: to create atmospheres that invite introspection. 

He began his professional career in 2021, performing his first sets at local venues such as Dementia Records, Serious Techno, Hoodzone Techno, C4 Electronic Music, among others. He quickly stood out for his ability to connect with the audience and sustain a unique energy on the dance floor. He has also released music on labels such as 091 Records, Nexus Techno and Holliday Addicts.

Today, he continues to explore new sonic territories while staying true to his signature style—a deep journey that merges technical precision with the raw emotion of techno.

Duo formado a principios del 2023 por GXB1 y PBF, dos djs emergentes de zona norte, Grand Bourg. 

Actualmente son residentes del ciclo C4, movimiento cultural con foco en la nueva generación de techno underground.

En sus sets incluyen casi en su totalidad música excéntrica y delirante orientada a la pista, la cual se caracteriza principalmente por un constante groove, tintes de hipnosis e incluso psicodelia. 
Si hacemos un repaso de los subgéneros del techno que utilizan, debemos mencionar al hardgroove, hipnotic grooving y fast grooving.

Josef Kunz is a live performance techno artist known for his raw, driving, and melodic grooves. He combines the use of analog synthesizers, drum machines, and digital software to create a unique blend of moody harmonics and ominous industrial sounds that move a dance floor. 

He is the founder of Raw Industries, a berlin based event series and record label focused on live performance and modular techno.

Josef is also the creator of Modular Music Magazine, which is a print only mag that highlights synth related artwork and features artists pushing the boundaries of live performance electronic.
