An emotional trip for me since I had just learned I lost my dog Rocco who we had for over 11 years.  I had the pleasure to play for my good friends at Ibiza Sonica and celebrate their anniversary at the beautiful El Sitio in Panama.  Nothing but love always for each one of you  <3

It's Friday guys! This means it's time to kick off the weekend with yet another wonderful Guest mix. This time we invited a great duo, they're @pacco-rudy-b and we're proud to announce it.
Rudolf & Vjekoslav from Croatia (based in Rijeka) are working for the best labels on the Progressive House / Deep House scene, as Proton Music, Suffused, A Must Have, Superordinate, Massive Harmony, Soundteller, Aethereal and today we got them to show you their huge Guest mix for Melodic Deep.

- In 2006, experienced Croatian DJ (Pacco) and musician (Rudy B), who began there musical path in 80's, decided to work together. With so much time spent in performing and learning about music, they were ready to start making their own tracks. 2008. Jason Wohlstadter, Radio and Label Director of Proton, noticed the then still unfinished track "Space Walk". The release offer came shortly after. In the next 2 years they had over 60 tracks and 40 releases for different labels. 2009 brought Pacco & Rudy B their first guest mix invitations on some of the biggest radio stations - Proton Radio, Frisky Radio, PlayFM Dublin, DI FM, PureFM, Dance Radio...Out of this came "e-MOTION", a monthly 2 hour progressive - tech house show with guests on Proton Radio and PlayFM Dublin. They hit Beatport's top 100 many times, and found their tracks in many track lists and charts (so far 10 only on Beat Port ), and being played by more and more DJ-s all around the globe. Just few to mention: Eelke Kleijn, SOS (Demi, Desyn Masiello, Omid 16B), Henry Saiz, Miss Nine, Nicholas Van Orton, Ricky Ryan, Matt Darey, PQM, Darin Epsilon, Joe Fisher, Matt Rowan, Sasha Le Monnier, Adeline Supreme, Chloe Harris, Hernán Cattáneo (giving us huge honor by opening his set right after Danny Howells at Moonpark - Buenos Aires with Pacco & Rudy B - Coral Castle, best selling track of VA Summer Particles 2010, and charted no less than 5 times at various BeatPort charts)... Pacco & Rudy B's live set is unique and recognizable. Pacco takes you on a ride with his fine technique and carefully picked track selection, while Rudy B fits in with Trumpet improvisation through effects. People are very surprised when they realize that this is all played live.  -

Born and raised in the german „Ruhrpott-Area“ Julian Wolff made his way to the local techno scene.
After several self-organized underground parties in his hometown Hagen, Julian defined his sound to create a unique and seamless mix between dreamy technoid soundscapes and rolling Tech House beats.

On July 20th we set off on a boat from North Station in Moscow to a magical event on an island 60km outside of the city.  

Some of my favorite artists were playing including including Lee Burridge, Acid Pauli, The Mayan Warrior crew with Mandrake and Dramian, my homies from NYC Lovecraft and Cristian Voldstad, Alvaro Suarez and MOM and Geju, Doyeq and Agraba/Azamat (who I nominate for best set of the night).

Sometimes it’s our second name that becomes the one for which we’re known. This is true for Philipp Krink, whose surname and moniker as an electronic artist has seen him travelling the globe with his sets of clean, deep grooves and melancholy colours.

Unlike many DJ’s and producers who find inspiration from inside the clubs, it was the opposite for Krink, whose first entry into those clubs came from his music. This happened after his teenage years were spent experimenting with machines, leading him to stumble into a life of sharing those ideas in sound with others - something that continues to humble him no matter where he happens to be.

He moves with his music, letting it carry him to the next point. He uses these changing spaces around him to define the details of his sound - details which have clear purpose within the clean rhythms and unfolding moods he has come to champion. This is house music that’s neither tangled up or become lost along the way.

As a traveller, a mood maker and a thoughtful young producer, Krink is a modern example of what new voices have to say; and as he throws his music into the world, it’s clear that we’ll keep trying to catch it.
