About the Ep:
For their first release of 2018 London-imprint Inside Out Records welcomes Thodoris Triantafillou to the label. Thodoris needs little introduction, as he has been making heads turn in the industry for the last decade with his inventive, avant-garde music. 
Suada is a very personal record to the Athenian, having his wife’s name on the title track and one of his daughter’s school paintings as the artwork, for this hauntingly beautiful record. Both Suada and Morocco showcase curiosity and originality, emphasizing the anything-goes and free form of underground music when it’s done properly.
Thodoris Triantafillou marries elements of disco, house, funk along with ethnic and techno strokes, in a record that we dare say can be timeless.

PREMIERE : Thodoris Triantafillou - Suada (Original Mix) [Inside Out Records]

For this episode, we are delighted to present you an original mix created for us by that extraordinary producer known as El Búho. His ability to blend natural tones and traditional South American motifs with electronic beat grew along the past 9 years and is now renowned. The resulting music creates magical soundscapes, it feels like having a night walk in a forest, the air is filled with the buzz of the creatures swarming around, fireflies sparkle in the dark. Although El Búho’s acoustics are painted in vivid colours, this mix is inspired by Winter. It all begun on a cloudy day in one of those “hobbit-esque” villages in Northern England. You can imagine him sitting by the window, watching the clouds being pushed on by the wind, while the fire burns slow in the stove. There, the artist found inspiration and recorded many of the impressions that we can now listen to on this beautiful mix. The rain tapping on the ground, jackdaws cawing, crunchy leaves being caressed by the wind… Those organic sounds, so familiar and yet so ethereal, they free your mind and might let you fly to imaginary locations. They're able to evoke bygone memories or make us dream of new places to explore. From there, the mix develops along the Winter and welcomes the upcoming Spring. So now open your heart, feel this delicate sound touching it and unleash your imagination to let your mind travel to your own peaceful place.

Release Info: 
In February 2018, ARTBAT are bringing their first full EP release to Diynamic Music. The three-tracker “Planeta” starts off with the title track “Planeta”, a rapid-fire techno odyssey that might as well be taken from a relentless pursuit in a futuristic action movie.

This is followed by the gloomy bassline of “Prometheus”. Heavy on percussive elements, the track is divided in half by a cascading synth-break only to return with more layers of percussions, strings and the hypnotic bassline.

Closing off the EP is “Sand In Your Shoes” featuring London based artist Dino Lenny, who has previously worked with Madonna or Wu-Tang Clan and produced remixes for Underworld, Missy Elliot or Timbaland. The collab track is a dreamy Deep-House tune and a perfectly emotive way to finish the record.
