‘Haasten’ (translates into hurrying) has been destroying crowds during Egbert’s live sets around the globe for the past few months. A dark commanding bass line that skips over the beat is accompanied by a retro sounding orchestral jab to create what is looking to become one of this year’s biggest techno tracks!

The B-side ‘Yourself’ has also proven to be a crowd pleaser and is paving the way for the future of percussion based techno. The punishing drums, deep basses, narrow mids and rattling hats kick ass throughout the track before taking a break for 30 seconds to introduce some melody and continue on mercilessly afterwards.

Binder has has been producing music for quite some time, but it took facing a life threatening health challenge recently for him to find his voice and where he feels at home musically.

Obrigado EP is the first release in a series of works where Binder is creating music with the feeling of being thankful for breath of life.
Obrigado means, Thank you in Portuguese.

For the EP I am grateful to have worked with three extraordinary artists, who’s musical gifts truly emit medicine to those that hear their gift.     

Nina -  Who I collaborated on the title track of the EP, Obrigado, I came across her work on SoundCloud and was blown away by her voice, her music truly is medicine.

Here is a fact: Peacocks live in dense, forested areas where they roost in trees and gather together in flocks called “parties.” They seduce with their dance and their distinctive calling voices. For our second instalment of 2019, we switch from Switzerland to Sweden and turn our attention to the one and only, Zoo Brazil.

For his first full release for Selador he enlists two of his most trusted collaborators in the form Wolf & Moon. The singer/songwriters bring added dimension to John’s deliciously lo-slung indie flavoured groove, their repetitive alternating vocal hooks stubbornly etching their way into your subconscious. because they were ignorant, of the others because they were hysterical about things which in his overwhelming self-absorption he took for granted. But his heart was in a constant, turbulent riot. The most grotesque and fantastic conceits haunted him in his bed at night. For a while these reveries provided an outlet for his imagination; they were a satisfactory hint of the unreality of reality, a promise that the rock of the world was founded securely on a fairy’s wing.

The german artist & live act Mark Tarmonea,
known for his analog and soulful music, starts 2019 with a melodic techno EP named "Tesseract" including Remixes from Sascha Kloeber and Beyond Physical.
"Tesseract" is a collaboration with Yannek Maunz, a promising young artist and sound designer, whose music is on it¥s way to become the next big thing in Berlin.
Mark and Yannek met at Jungle Beat festival 2018 and quickly realized that they share the same faible for sophisticated electronic music.
They spontaneously decided to work on a few tracks together. Tesseract is one out of 3 tracks that were recorded late summer 2018 in Kreuzberg.
What makes this track so special besides true analog synths and a proper composition?
It¥s that secret ingredient, a feeling what many refer to as the Berlin vibe.
