Jeremias Aparicio a.k.a Katzen nació en 1986 en la ciudad de La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
A los 3 años comenzó a relacionarse con la música a través de la llegada a su hogar de un piano perteneciente a su bis abuela. Tomo clases de piano durante el periodo primario y continúo con el estudio del instrumento en el bachiller de Bellas Artes donde también se intereso por los instrumentos de percusión.
Terminado el bachiller siguió tocando en bandas de reggae instrumentos de percusión, teclado y batería para luego optar por ocupar el lugar de la lirica .
Katzen decidió dedicarse a la composición en formato electrónico emulando sonidos del reggae y creando beats de reggae y rap .
En el año 2015 se interesó por la música Deep House & Progressive House incorporando influencias del Dub empezando a crear una sonoridad personal que lo identifico rápidamente en su país.
Ha compartido cabina con referentes como Sebastian Busto, Fernando Ferreyra y  Guhus, entre otros.
Con Support en sus producciones de referentes como Sebastián Busto , Mariano Mellino, Hernan Cattaneo , Fernando Ferreyra entre otros.
Ha editado en reconocidos sellos como Moonlight , AH Digital, Dreamers , BCSA, Light Side Music, Nube Music, Massive Harmony, Soundteller entre otros.
