MELODIC SERIES #21 | Adjust (BE)

Ventured many years together in the darkest depths of techno, these 2 frequencies collided with an outburst of energy. Equipped with a melodic, rumbling and driving dedication to their passion, their journey began many years ago. It was in 2018 when they took the MUSICASA producers education to pursue their dream. This duo, knowing each other for over a decade, has 1 single goal: to adjust your mind. 2020’s proven to be their first and firm step into pursuing their dream. Hosting a podcast (Adjust (BE) Invites) where they’re inviting numerous DJ’s/Producers to make a signature guest set in these difficult times, being a member of the ‘Underground Kollektiv Radio’ show, performed on livestreams and having a second release in 2021, they’re moving with full force. Their style can be best described als ‘energetic’, ‘no-nonsense’ and ‘emotional’ in a wide range of the techno genre, however they prefer to go head-on full melodic into the deepest and more emotional sides of techno. 

"For this guest mix we've written our known melodic signature story. Our drive, passion and emotions are converted in this single mix. The melodic and emotional tracks resonate with our mindset and how we behave towards other people, the driving tempo is the energy we embody when we're making tracks and mixes. Emir Kaynak is a Turkish DJ & Producer. With a long history of gigs in some of the best locations in Turkey, playing alongside key names of the industry, the Artist had the desire to take his artist project further and produce what he thought the dancefloors were missing. His growing catalog of Progressive and Melodic music is quite recent, but already features originals and remixes for labels like VIAGE, Inner Shah, Sunset Dreams (Interflow) and Human Resources.

Emir Kaynak prepared a mix for our Melodic Series with his unique taste. Enjoy a journey with deep melodic sounds.

Sterilephobia is a one-head project formed in Wroclaw in 2018 by Jakub Sapka - music producer, DJ and the sound engineer. Sterilephobia is melodic, non-sterile techno journey full of emotions, colorful landscapes and unusual visuals that stimulate your non-sterile imagination. Enjoy this trip through melodic techno interspersed with indie dance bangers, spiced with a pinch of progressive house. The selection is very danceable and lively, encouraging spontaneous fun, which is a characteristic feature of Sterilaphobia's sets.

Tiago Malheiros & Bruno Alves have been avid collectors of records for a long time, and their lives have always been intertwined with the electronic music scene. For long they have been lurking from backstage. But it all changed in 2018, when they decided to pursue music production. Their curiosity for music production and machines quickly became their common main interest. Far away from the ordinary, they are always looking for unique sounds, inspired by the vast and endless universe. Their productions and DJ sets are a synthesis of Space, Energy and Emotion. Every time they play, they invite you on a sonic journey through the cosmos.

"Following the release of Mass Formation Psychosis EP on RF Digital label, we decided to prepare a special set for Melodic Techno Tune's 'Melodic Series'. MELODIC SERIES #23 | Deep:art & Ysmael Amasis

Simone Mangano is an Italian DJ living in Milan. Since he was a child he has always been attracted to melodic sounds so in 2010 he began his career as a DJ in afternoon parties offering trance music. In 2012, together with another person, he created the M.A.D’S tech house project, releasing the first productions. In 2014 he began a new project called RESONANT mixing tech house sounds with melodies, releasing several Ep and Remixes and performing in different parties both in Italy and abroad as well as publishing several podcasts for the radio show De Party Nacht for the Dutch broadcaster Meer Radio. In 2021 he starts a new solo project called EIDEN, inspired by his trance background, proposing ethereal sounds, he also joins Sounder Academy. This mix was made in Ableton using Push2. An escalation of sound from deep to techno.

DJ/Producer Andrew Swailes AKA "Mr. Squires"(Otres Crew) Cambodia has a love of music that has led him across the Globe following the music to Ibiza, Berlin, European Festivals and the Australian Bush Party Scene. It was at the Eclipse Festival, Australia 2012 that everything changed for him. After leaving Australia on a different path and with a different mindset he started a DJ career just as a new scene was emerging in Cambodia. He started doing Underground Techno Events for the infamous South East Asian party "Kerfuffle Cambodia" alongside @davebreezekerfuffle After six years in the Cambodian Jungle he moved to the City of Kuala Lumpur where he started to learn about the art of Music Production.

Now years later his debut EP "Evolve" has been released on @vision3records making it into the Top 100 Beatport Releases in Progressive House and Melodic House & Techno 🙏🏼🖤

Having a love for Deep, Melodic and Progressive vibes from playing to the Cambodian Sunrise the music he plays and now produces has led him to create his side project "Techno for Breakfast" bringing variations of House and Techno made for the Mornings. Starting a Podcast Series from talented and inspiring DJ's/Producers he has met along the way. With time rolling on he is now looking to wind down with some Downtempo and the S.L.O.K.E // Slow Poke Sessions. 🖤

Vanity Dust is an electronic music journalist based in Barcelona. Active since 2008, his interviews are well known for being honest, direct and in-depth with the artist. Amongst many other names, Vanity Dust has interviewed Jeff Mills, 2manydjs, Tiga, Pfirter or Ben Klock, as well as Resident Advisor and Boiler Room founders. He's also the curator of You Play I Write Series (www.vanitydust.com/ypiw), were he introduces upcoming artists from Spain and around the world, specially from the techno scene. He has also published articles, reviews and festival chronicles in newspapers and magazines such as Mixmag Spain, Dj Mag Spain, Vicious Magazine or eldiario.es. Vanity Dust is also one of the Official Media Partners of Paral·lel Festival, located in the North of Catalonia. ► About GODINBOLS 
Growing up in the 80’s, Godinbols spent hours and hours listening to opera and classical music records from his parents. But before this and even being able to read, he was eager to play melodies with his toy piano and guitar. Going through the new wave phase and now, at a much later age, very much influenced by the melodic & progressive techno. In June 2020 he released his track "Deeper" under the belgian-based label Tanzgemeinschaft. Godinbols is one hell of a master. His first production is an energetic & uptempo cut. The kind of hypnotic, looped riffs in this workout will tease you towards euphoria. And early 2021 will be great again, with new releases from this artist."
