We are delighted to welcome Spain-based DJ and Producer Toni Adler. After a series of releases on XTR Records by Furia, Toni comes to us with a two-track release "Secrets". The title track is a perfect combination of placatory harmonies and dynamic bass and drum parts. The second track "Confessions" is a partial opposite giving an exciting mood. The release was also supported by remixes by mredrollo, Hamoon and Amiralee, and Roumie.

Organic House vibe with a little essence of progressive house sound in the fourth release by AQUO and Vancoo.

Jacob Groening is back on his record label Kamai Music with a stunning album release that orientates around indie dance grooves with organic textures, and “Reset” is the third single taken from the full released, which is scheduled to drop on the 24th of November.

Based in Berlin, Jacob Groening is a highly respected DJ who plays regularly at local venues like Kater Blau, alongside international bookings in countries ranging from India to Brazil. His immersive style is a chic blend of invigorating percussion and heartfelt melodies that are sequenced into mid-tempo masterpieces.

An accomplished producer, Jacob Groening often frequents Kamai Music, but his tracks and remixes can also be found on other prestigious imprints such as 3000 Grad Records, Cosmic Awakenings and Earthly Delights.

The album unfolds to transcend genres as it first picks up momentum then drops back down again, before building back up with a psychedelic twist. This powerful single gives a sneak peek at what to expect from the full release.

"Reset" has an extended intro where spiralling synths and epic chords build suspense in the build-up to the introduction of the percussion and dreamy melody synth. It's an uplifting track with fluttering melodies that make the track feel like it’s being carried upon the wings of a thousand butterflies.

Musique de Lune Noire caps off 2023 by welcoming Giorgio Stefano, Emil Croff and Misha Klein to the label for their debut EP. Hailing from Spain but now calling Mexico home, Giorgio Stefano first emerged in 2022 with a release via Sunset Gathering. Noted for his ethno, afro sound, the Tulum resident would rise quickly on the strength of releases via Exx Underground, Lump Records and Sudam Recordings, making him a name to watch across 2023. Meanwhile, hailing from Russia are Emil Croff and Misha Klein who have both enjoyed similar success across their respective solo careers. The duo's combined discography is highlighted by releases via Click Records, Exx Muzik and Suprematic, where their unique take on melodic house has flourished. Now, combining their extensive forces for the first time, Giorgio Stefano, Emil Croff and Misha Klein debut on Musique de Lune Noire with a two-track showcase entitled 'Hypnotic Compass'.

EP opener 'Hypnotic Compass' finds Giorgio, Emil and Misha crafting a deep and detailed slice of melodic house that's nicely dialed for the dancefloor. Wrapped within a DJ friendly intro are punchy beats, chunky basslines and a myriad of orbiting synths. The trio's storyboarding eventually takes hold as catchy chord stabs, wispy vocals and hopeful pads emerge across the first act, carrying with them a sense of anticipation and emotion. The main break showcases a keen dancefloor vision, as vocals and sonics decay into a warm and inviting underbelly, before eventually giving way for a groovy drop and uplifting finale.

The companion piece 'Temple' continues the groovy tone set by its predecessor and lands with an equally impressive dancefloor presence. Possessing a powerful undercurrent, the trio blends entrancing percussion, nasally chord stabs over a hip-swinging groove, creating a modern club-effective vibe in the process. Its emotive appeal builds across a poignant break, glowing pads rise and fall for the ultimate goosebump moment, perfectly setting up a classy build and uniquely haunting final act. An elusive cut from Giorgio, Emil and Misha, one which caps off a great year for not only themselves, but Musique de Lune Noire as well. Highly recommended.
