We are proud to present you WAYU Records Various Artists Compilation, Volume 2.

This album is the continuation of our yearly tradition, and this year, we are introducing 12 fresh and original tracks that feature 13 different artists from all over the world, including in alphabetical order: Aetius Boutefoy, Janovi, Jerry Spoon, Juanma Salinas, Kaiser Waldon, LADS, MIICHII, Nii Tei, Notre Dame, Sebastian Gabriel, Shunus, Ünam and Vandelor.

We started this compilation tradition because we are aware that within WAYU Records, a wide range of sounds and production styles are always being showcased. Buenos Aires based sound producer Maxi Degrassi makes Melody Of the Soul debut with two absolutely fabulous tracks filled with spellbinding melodies and sensual rhythm.
'Everyone Is Welcome' showcases delicate pads, warm piano chords combining with magic voxes, making it perfect for sunsets.
More emotional 'Liru At Nom' brings piercing violin melody blended with layers of synthesizers and delightful rhythmic groove, perfectly suited for the dancefloor.

Jelly For The Babies has managed three imprints since 2018. Alongside The Purr and RYNTH, he also features music on One Of A Kind. Its next release brings an equally rare artist into the fold! Relatively new to the scene, Esteban Ikasovic was born and raised in Buenos Aires. He’s already impressed a national icon, Hernan Cattaneo, with the title track, “Earth Revelations.” Reworking its B-side, Mariner + Domingo make yet another label debut. Their take on “Dreamcatcher” elicits more fantastic sounds, like playful drums, faint vox and crucial bass stabs.

Argentina continues to assert itself as a hub of melodic mastery, with a heady group of amazing producers providing a steady stream of grooves from across the electronic spectrum. We’ve been lucky to harness the Argentinian conquest with Hernan Cattaneo, Alejandro Mosso, and Facundo Mohrr appearing on our imprints; we are thrilled to continue this exploration with Lisandro joining the South American roster.

With releases on Lost Desert’s Souksonic and Pablo Bolivar’s Seven Villas, Lisandro has the attention of some of the scene’s longest serving tastemakers. He has a distinct knack for rich soundscapes and soaring melodies, often with a tinge of psychedelic nature in the background. For Lisandro’s debut on TOR, we proudly present the Void EP.
