Random Atlas es un dúo de Electronic-Rock de Santiago de Chile con sede en Berlín. El proyecto nació de su amor común por las guitarras rudas, los extraños sonidos de sintetizador y los ritmos slow sexys en pista.  

El sonido de Random Atlas se puede definir como una mezcla de Rock, Techno, Post-Punk y Disco. Creando un potente sonido oscuro caracterizado por sintetizadores cósmicos que impulsa atmósferas de casas encantadas y guitarras chillonas respaldadas por ritmos hipnóticos.

2021 va a ser un gran año del duo ya que vienen en camino potentes proyectos como el nacimiento de su sello ODD Pleasures y próximos lanzamientos musicales en Belly Dance Services, Ombra International, Dogs and Vultures y Play Pal Music.

Stavros Potamitis (Stevie R) evoca emociones y teje cuentos sónicos combinando la música popular Rebetiko de su tierra natal griega con la electrónica analógica. Además de ser músico, productor e intérprete, Stavros es ingeniero de sonido y profesor en Point Blank Music College en Londres. 

Nacido y criado en Chipre, Constantinos Parisinos (Parisinos) se mudó al Reino Unido a principios de los 2000. Un coleccionista obsesivo de oscuras gemas melódicas con una atracción inherente por secuencias repetitivas y ritmos hipnóticos más lentos; un entusiasta de lo poco convencional y un apasionado creyente en el poder de una cultura techno underground verdaderamente diversa.

Aparte de una amistad de hermanos, Stevie R & Parisinos han formado una formidable asociación sonora. Ya han colaborado con artistas líderes y pioneros en la música electrónica como Lena Platonos, Tolouse low Trax, Khidja, MR TC, Zombies in Miami, Man Power, Simple Symmetry. Han lanzado música para sellos como ME ME ME Recordings, Playground Records, Lagasta y el sello Inside Out Records. Han aparecido en la mayoría de los sitios de medios y blogs clandestinos, incluidos Stamp the Wax, Ransom Note, Lagasta, DJ Mag, Mixmag.

También realizan una residencia mensual en la estación de música experimental georgiana Mutant Radio. Su música ha sido apoyada por reconocidos creadores del gusto como Lena Willikens, Vladimir Ivkovic, Red Axes o Jennifer Cardini entre muchos otros .

Con un enfoque en la combinación de Rebetiko, voces fascinantes y escalas del Medio Oriente con ritmos más lentos, líneas ácidas y potentes sonidos de percusión, su sonido distintivo cautiva e hipnotiza las pistas de baile. Juntos, también lanzan proyectos más experimentales de música o actuaciones en vivo bajo su más enigmático alias After Altamont. 

Stavros Potamitis y Constantinos Parisinos también están aprovechando su visión de la música electrónica a través de su sello underground  Inside Out Records.

Melómana is back with a new reference, and this time it is the turn of the Madrid dj and producer @jackwasfaster, aka Manuel Cachero, who presents Carretera de El Saler. This album, starting with the beat itself, going through the high-hats and the percussive elements or the melodies, whether they are more or less dark, is a party for our neurons to agree on how to interpret all the gale of stimuli and respond, synapse here, synapse there, with movements and dances that are surprising even to ourselves, even though we have danced countless times.
In each track on Carretera de El Saler, his tracks firmly point to the common ground between synth-marked electronics, dark disco, dreamy post-rock, or Weatherall-style post-punk. In fact, seeing the risky work that we present here, we could also consider him as a medium, who mediates between the other parallel universes and ours in search of signals that we can turn into music to offer it to us from Melómana.

2021 seems to have no rest for Logia Records, their second release of the year brings us the Mexican Mad Slow and his EP “Ánimas Trujano”.
An EP marked by the indie and techno of its originals, accompanied by remixes that open it up to other places.
The duo COMETRAN (made up of Veltran and Comegatos) proposes a remix of “Trujano” , more indie, with hints of dark-disco, ideal for the first hours on the dance floor.
To impose the Logia seal, they complete the EP Cu da Curuxa and Cali Burton, members of the growing label. Cu da Curuxa performing a slightly more techno and darker version of “Ánimas”, and Cali with a harder and more rocky remix of “Trujano”, so that no one remains seated.

Following a stellar debut EP last year, Prague-based FM Label is back with a new release this March. The second release from the imprint sees FM Label founder Uncalled 4 team up with Czech artist Roman Horinek as part of their new Detente 2020 project.

Titled ‘Enough’, the release is the second EP in a trilogy that pays homage to hip-hop and rap through the years. While part one of the trilogy was inspired by the ‘80s, part two explores ‘90s hip-hop and rap, mixing the iconic era’s sounds with contemporary influences. 

The title track sees Detente 2020 team up with NYC hip-hop legend Afu-Ra (Gang Starr) and vocalist Charlie One to bridge iconic ‘90s street rap with contemporary electronic sounds and cinematic vibes. The EP also features an acapella version of the track, along with remixes from Detente 2020, DJ Schwa, Olsvangèr and Oliver Torr. 
DJ Schwa goes back to the roots with an old-school, acid-laden broken-techno remix, while Prague-based artist Oliver Torr’s remix transforms the original into a slowed-down experimental track. In contrast, Tel Aviv native Olsvangèr’s remix of ‘Enough’ is a dancefloor weapon suitable for dark and sweaty clubs and summer open-air festivals. 

The other original track from the EP, ‘Bucket Tube’ is a result of a collaboration between Detente and Czech Philharmonic Orchestra drummer Jakub Tengler, who played buckets, pots, pipes and other unusual objects to create the percussive track.

Norway’s Fett Burger takes ‘Bucket Tube’ on a ride through NYC with his ‘Work Out’ remix, creating the feeling of walking around the streets of the Big Apple. 

Enough EP is out on March 8 on vinyl, cassette and digitally.

We are really happy to welcome Veslemes (aka Felizol) to our 'Rotten City'. The
Greek producer and filmmaker has released works on labels we love as Optimo or Macadam Mambo.

In this case he delivery three original tracks that move into mystery and esoteric
tribal vibes with spooky vocals.

The EP is completed with remixes by Sordid Sound System (Invisible Inc.), Iñigo
Vontier (Calypso, Lumière Noire) and Trio Misterio (the new project formed by
Azaria, Lebollet and Alvaro Cabana)
