Drifting into the late of summer. The days are long but the years are short. Time slips away if you're not fully living in the present. These recent weeks, months, have taught me to embrace the moment. Now is all we have. Now is all that matters. Look around you. What's in front of you? What isn't in front of you? Clinging to the past causes delusion and sadness. Sight on the future and nothing else, takes away. Enjoy your hours, your days, your life. Appreciate the micro-moments. Your parents/family. Your spouse and children. The ability to learn, grow and provide. Learn to appreciate your natural traits and talents. People admire and crave these things. Ignore the envy and lower level wavelengths. It will run its course and be its own demise. 

In the meantime, stay tuned for a busy fall. We have some big things coming - collabs otw!!

It’s been a big month for TWO OWLS, formerly known as Nightowls, as they underwent a rebranding and simultaneously dropped an official remix of Mt. Eden “Sierra Leone” via Ultra Records. Not wasting any time, the LA duo is back on May 15th with their first original under the Two Owls moniker, with collaborative efforts from Fransis Derelle featuring Parker Polhill in “Over”. 

Instantaneously, one’s captivated by the congruous vocals of Polhill paired shimmeringly with textured melodies and futuristic arpeggios. As quickly as one was enchanted by the warmth of Polhill, TWO OWLS and Derelle unsympathetically counter-blows with plucked synths and sub-wrecking basslines.

This is just the beginning for the two and we’re excited to see where Two Owls will come up with next.
