This is a Deep Healing Meditation that everyone can try for themselves without any training or further instructions. It is a very wonderful way to connect to the body's higher healing intelligence and allow deep levels of release , healing and reorganising. You don't need to sit in a formal position, in fact for this practice it is actually best to just lie down and relax deeply. Let yourself deepen into it and even falling asleep if fine, as your unconscious will continue to receive the healing transmission. You can follow this practice as often as you like, but even just once a week will bring wonderful results. Enjoy and please share if you think it will help your friends. Please note; only do this while you are undisturbed and can relax for the full 30 mins. Do NOT listen in the car while driving.
