The next episode of the residency comes from Baltimore-based musician PJ Dorsey, also known as Tarotplane on his solo project. 

Dorsey's path walks across a wide range of music influences that have made him built his very own sonic viewpoint. His albums blend everything we love about guitar sounds with electronic experimentation, sometimes with a more traditional psychedelic rock approach, in way of creating timeless and captivating musical excursions. 

The inspiration for his mix came from one of the last places he visited before covid hit in early 2020.

'Its a photo of the interior of the Glenstone Museum, outside of Washington DC. It looks like a piece from James Turrell but im not sure it actually is.
Looking at the sculpture, you can see the sky outside. Sort of a portal into another world. Looking at this photo now, its meaning for me is about coming out of the darkness of that Covid time represented into a time of hope. Im not sure we are completely out of the cave but hopefully heading in that direction. This mix is the sound of my melancholy. A bittersweet beauty. Sad, but optimistic. Muk (Egle Naujokaityte, Lithuania) is a singer, DJ, radio hostess and avid propagator of unusual, experimental and non-conformist music. In the past she has been part of several musical projects in various parts of the world, and her work has been released on labels such as Bordello A Parigi (NL) and Industrial Coast (UK). Today she is part of the minimal synth duo Gris Futuro, but has also presented work in the field of contemporary and sound art in Lithuania (CAC Vilnius, Malonioji 6). As a dj and selector she stands out for her eclectic sets: she is not only known for her esoteric Fourth World-esque selections, but in more social environments and dancefloors she usually delivers a mix of shadows, psychedelics, synths and machine rhythms, where dark sounds play with light in a industrial-funk sensibility. Muk is also the author of radio shows for Cashmere Radio (The Hidden Reverse, La Casa del Obrero Mundial) in Berlin and LYL Radio (Canary Girl Island) in Lyon. Nowadays she appears on Radio Vilnius with her bimonthly show Musings & Drummings as well as on national Lithuanian radios alternative wing LRT Opus with the show Magiška muzika about the history of XX century alternative music and movements. At the same time he is developing her solo project Musetteandrums and running soundcloud channel Birds for the Mind.
