my name is Joao Duarte Pirralha Pereira.aka.john[jD].. i .asume the artistic name of johnnyDj and as psy\electronic producer\editor\dj Mental Atmosphere..i was born on November 15 1978 in a yet undeveloped village [now city] called Sanatrem ,Portugal,originaly from Gloria do Ribateijo,Portugal...i imigrated to the United States with my parents at the age of 2 where i resided in New Jesey until the age of 21 before returning to my native country..while in the U.S i took intrest in djing and production through personal friends..i started out enjoying the freestyle house and old school rap of the late 80´s..since i can remember ive had a passion for music and the energy it gives out, this was the best and only way i knew how to enjoy it..i stared createing mix tapes with my sony potable radio[dual cassete and cd player] and at the homes and small home studios of close friends. but school and work and life itself slowed down my devolpment..so after several years i return from my slumber.wich durring that time i absorbed all i could that was music related... 
i rekindeld my role as dj and took it a step further as producer ... im here with my own personal styl and i hope you all enjoy what u hear..i produce for a little bit less than a year..i have no label,editor nor record company..i do everthing myself at home with my desk top computer useing fl studio and virtual dj..i have no external material and my computer itself is weak in comparison to most recent laptops .. 
so here i am givening it my best simply because i love what i do..i am currently unemployed so i dedicate all my free time to what i like to do,and thats play with music.. rock on ppl and be safe..
