Felipe Calasans é o jovem estudante autodidata de produção musical, 28 anos, natural de Ilhéus-Bahia, residente em Salvador e idealizador do projeto de Progressive Psy-Trance chamado "Punch Frequency."

Em seus projetos de DJ Set e através de conceitos musicais mais profundos de produção musical, o trabalho realizado em seu "background" da formato à sua identidade sonora e potencializa sua sensibilidade artística que conduz ideias e vivências a partir do som. 

O trabalho e estudo que vem desenvolvendo sobre e para o Psy-Trance estimula o poder criativo que a musica exerce sob às pessoas. Suas faixas são bem seletas, dando orientação e direção ao set que, em seus altos e baixos, carregam imersões quase sensoriais, com uma cama perfeita para a viagem: kick and bass!

MENTAL BROADCAST
Dj Roma (aka MENTAL BROADCAST) has his psychedelic life started 2002 at the squat parties in
London by the moniker "Dj Junior". Very quickly he became known by the crowd for his powerful
sets and proper mixing skills and was invited to play at a halloween party at a squatted church in
swiss cottage where he met Leon, now knows as "Avalon", impressed by his set, Leon invited
Roma to play at his parties in Brighton called "Psychedelic Cookie", this fast and lucky evolution
challenge him to highlight his on going musical journey.
This continuous contact with trance scene rise up the need to goa step further and start in music
production. So, in 2006 he launches a new project, now known worldwide as
MENTALBROADCAST, one of the most known names in Brazilian trance scene.
MENTAL BROADCAST reveals with talent a sound of unique personality, focused on the search
for the unexpected, bringing a new design for his tracks.
In 2008 he released his first EP "Transmission" and then immediately released several tracks, Eps
and V.A's for various record labels worldwide, In April/2011, he released his album "SIGNALS",
enshrining it in the global trance scene. In 2016 he did release his second album "DECODED"
taking him to another level and in 2020 his latest album "Android Dreams"
Mental Broadcast had played in several festivals around the world, as EXPERIENCE 10
YEARS,TRIBAL TECH, UNIVERSO PARALELO in Brazil and made several tours in Europe and
Asia, Playing in festivals like BOOM FESTIVAL, UTOPIA FESTIVAL, VUUV FESTIVAL, FREQS OF
NATURE in Europe,THE EXPERIENCE, HALF MOON and BLACK MOON In Thailand, RAINBOW
SERPENT and MAITREYA FESTIVAL in Australia, VORTEX Festival in South Africa to name a few
