A space where the vocals interact with native Brazilian sounds, natural textures, and the groove of the house music we love. It’s a journey that aims to fuse roots, body, and rhythm to create a living, authentic soundscape.

“Saffron Mirage Nights” is a five-track journey through warm desert atmospheres, hypnotic tribal grooves, and cinematic melodic-techno energy. Beginning with the organic flow of “Desert Lineage,” the EP moves through deep trance-infused horizons, rhythmic caravan pulses, and ritualistic percussion before rising into the dramatic, melodic-techno finale of “Saffron Mirage Nights.” Blending Progressive House, Organic House, Deep House, Tribal elements, and soaring trance influences, this EP captures the essence of a night crossing shifting dunes — immersive, atmospheric, and unmistakably Chill Fader.”

Undefined, not merely a DJ duo. Childhood friends Steve Vella and Ryan Cachia, kickstarted this project in 2015 with the sole purpose of blending their individual personalities and perceptions into one captivating entity. Budding from the Mediterranean island of Malta, they seek to be eventually defined (pun intended) as the next breakthrough in underground music.
After years of performing alongside each other and honing their skills at music production, the duo is now ready to express themselves on an international scale. With releases on Republik Music, Movement Recordings and Colorize, they have gained support and recognition from artists like John Digweed, Mark Knight, Sasha and Erick Morillo. Whilst keeping true to their roots, Steve and Ryan aim to make music which pushes the boundaries of Melodic House & Techno while leaving the listener's expectations to be truly Undefined.

ICONYC is delighted to welcome back Rafa'EL to the label with his brand-new 'Diopside EP'. The talented Polish producer has been a well-known entity within the scene and have graced some of the world's finest electronic music labels with his unique and timeless productions. 

On his return Rafa'EL leads with the outstanding 'Diopside'; a stunning driving melodic progressive house affair. The track utilizes a deep groove as foundation, underpinned by a profound bass and smooth synth chords that gradually ease their way to the summit. Unified by a relentless kick drum and dusky atmospheric emotion, the composition climaxes by adding recurrent percussive elements and soft soaked melodies that come together to create a structured sphere of sonic satisfaction. Clever synth phrases complete the picture and create an ingeniously worked piece of art.

The electronica downtempo soundscapes of the accompanying title track 'A Matter of Time' round off this spectacular release. Rafa'EL's influences are immediately evident as subtle freeform concepts drift through percussive inspired instrumentations. Rippling melodies trip along a smooth groove that anchors an auricular montage to create a special sonic infused moment, accompanied by a subtle chord line that is going to leave a mark on your aural perception. Classy stuff!

Rafa'EL has developed a unique style which endeared him to us; having established credentials as masters of his craft. With his return to CONYC, he takes his talents a step further to round off this brilliant underground 2 track crowd pleaser.
