What does this Moe have to do with Gymnastique? Kollektiv Ost and Stephan Zovsky are explaining this to us in their very own way. Dopest Moe starts to pull the listener through the break beat attitude in the spell and escalates as soon as its dark synth line begins. Gymnastique, on the other hand, sets completely different accents and sees itself as a homage to the early disco sound of the 80s.

Meraki - DJ Set @Us Trotz, Hive Club Zurich (6th of January 2023)

Peter & Moritz, zusammen Thys & Taylor, legen seit sechs Jahren gemeinsam auf. Peter kommt aus Belgien und zog 2011 nach Marburg. Dort lernte er auch Moritz kennen, der wiederum seit seiner Geburt in Marburg lebt. Als sich die beiden kennenlernten und ihre gemeinsame Musikleidenschaft entdeckten, war Moritz schon Teil eines Kollektivs. Das damalige Kollektiv hieß Marbylon und war sehr bekannt für seine regionalen Partys in Clubs und OpenAir Raves.
Als die beiden vor sechs Jahren das gemeinsame Auflegen starteten, war zunächst die Idee, insbesondere von Peter, Drum ‘n‘ Bass aufzulegen. Schnell war aber klar, dass Peter & Moritz auf Techno setzen.

Mittlerweile bewegt sich ihr Sound zwischen House, Deep House, TechHouse und Melodic Techno.

Neben Thys & Taylor verwalten die beiden noch die Podcast-Seite „Tonspuren“.

2016 nahmen sie an einem DJ-Contest von „Jeden Tag ein Set“ teil und belegten den ersten Platz. Lohn war ein Gig auf der Mainstage vom „Burning Beach Festival“ in Nürnberg. Ein Jahr danach gewannen sie den Contest beim Bonner „Panama Open Air“, auch hier durften sie auf dem Festival auflegen.

Ihren besten Gig hatten sie nach eigener Aussage auf dem „Aftrsun Festival“ in Belgien. Die Club- und Festival Zeit ist für den Beiden einfach ein Ausgleich und Zeit, die sie mit Freundschaft und Kultur
verbinden.

Und genau das tut sie mit ihren melodisch treibenden Techno-Sets sicher und routiniert. 
Als Teil des erfolgreichen Berliner Kollektivs DIT KLINGT JUT, mischt die Newcomerin mittlerweile seit ca. einem Jahr das Nachtleben unserer Stadt auf. In dieser kurzen Zeit konnte Kriszpy ihr Talent bereits unter anderem im weltbekannten Watergate unter Beweis stellen.   
Die Senkrechtstarterin feilt, im Moment noch im Stillen, an ihren ersten eigenen Releases. Wir sind mehr als gespannt auf das, was noch kommt!

As our beloved friend Ralf died all of a sudden, leaving a great gap in our pony crowd, I felt the desire to caress my soul. So this is a set to honour and remember him with a less impulsive, more floating  set than usual.
