Deus Ex Maschine is more than just a producer or DJ, he’s an anthologist of French Touch, a passionate digger who delves into the roots of French house to reignite its original spirit. 

Active since the late ’90s and back in full force since 2021, he produces with legendary vintage gear to (re)create an organic, filtered, and punchy brand of house music. 

With releases on iconic French Touch labels like Serial Records (Good Thing, 2023) and Black Jack Records (Feel It, 2025), he also curates one of the most followed Instagram accounts dedicated to the genre’s golden age. 


As a resident DJ on FG Chic Radio, he passionately upholds a demanding and authentic vision of this iconic sound — and brings it to a new generation of ravers.

Originally founded in 1998, the iconic French Touch label, BlackJack, made a triumphant comeback in 2018 after a brief hiatus. Celebrating its twentieth anniversary, the label has been revitalized with new collaborations and artists, creating a bridge between the pioneers of Chicago house music and the leaders of French house. This fusion of past successes and fresh tracks marks the beginning of a new era. When new connections create new history !
