Galactic Groove Records present the seventh edition of our mix series sets.
Here we will present Live and Dj sets from the Galactic Groove Records label artists along with some guest sets from some of our friends and favourite artists involved with other top labels in the night psychedelic trance scene.

For this edition we present a very special Live set from our dear friend N3XU5 one of the pioneers of Portuguese Psy Trance scene since end of 2001.
This set was recorded live at the Galactic Groove Gathering in Ireland in September 23` & we would like to thank Miguel aka N3XU5 for giving us permission to share this amazing set.

Bio : 
N3XU5 is one of the pioneers of Portuguese Psy Trance scene since end of 2001, Filled with Psychedelic synths and underground vibes, soon starts to Tour around the world, to the biggest City clubs and far away Mountains and beaches, festivals and underground events.
Devoted to his art make him awarded live act of the year 2005 by Dance Club Magazine, N3XU5 is known for his proper neuron twisting grooves and effects sets on the dance floor and for his own detailed characteristic Cyber sounds full of Energy power psychedelic Leads production inthe studio.
Over the past years, N3XU5 has put out his compilation tracks on Parvati, Deja Vu, Vagalume, Sangoma, Doof records, Peak Records, Discovalley Records, StoneAge, Galactic Groove Records and numerous
other labels.
Since 2002 started playing in Portugal and 2003 starts is International experience with Tours in Japan and all around the globe, Playing in some of big Cities Clubs and Open Air Festivals (Boom Festival, Karakus Marakus, Freedom Festival, Symposium Fest Goa, Fullmoon Fest , Beat on the Beach & many more).

“Asylum of The Birds” emerged as the creation of something strange and different, with the motive of portraying the connection between the human and the natural in such a way as to sculpt this junction through the various sensations that a singular element can convey, an element portrayed by birds. This “asylum” is a chaotic, metaphorical and literal space, where nature and humanity collide in a disconcerting way with the intention of creating a place that seems to exist outside the norms of reality.
The speaker of this thought is Roger Ballen, and “Asylum of The Birds” is inspired by his surrealist documentary, known for its black and white photographs, which explore themes such as the grotesque, the surreal, the psychological and the existential, depicting claustrophobic scenarios and marginalized characters in strange environments, intertwining reality and fiction.
Like this sound composition, the documentary reflects an interest in exploring the unconscious and the dark aspects of the human psyche. The birds represent both freedom and restlessness, creating a complex metaphor for the characters' state of mind.
“Asylum of the Birds” is not only an exploration of sound, but also a philosophical reflection on the human condition, the limits of sanity and the role of art as a means of transcendence.
