First, I would like to apologize to anyone that this EP may trigger.  Triggering You is not the intent of this EP nor My intent at all.
I have no hatred in my heart for anyone, I wish no ill will on anyone, and anything that sounds like such; is a release of toxic thoughts that needed a place to be put to rest (My Music is such a place for Me.) 
  This album is a small collection of My experience with trauma, anger, despair, and self hatred.
  I do not have hatred for Women, nor do I live my life by the expression of my anger in my music.  I respect and admire the ferocity of the Woman Being, facing so many more trials than I ever have and still being a force to be reckoned with.  
My Mother and My Sister are My inspirations for true strength, growth, and love and that has never changed.
  We never truly know what anyone is capable of, nor what they have gone through to get where they are today; or become who they are today.
  If I have learned anything about Anger throughout my life, its that Anger always stems from great pain; that pain takes many forms.
  Sometimes pain is hidden from Us and sometimes We hide from it without knowing the root cause.  We as Humans can carry burdens for a lifetime and not even know it.
  If you suffer from anger problems, My heart goes out to You.
  I urge you to take an honest look at your past and the things that you fear most.
  When One person suffers from anger, the world and people around that person suffer as well.
  I believe that learning to love Ones Self is the most effective way to tear down the walls and trauma that have been passed onto Us in this lifetime.  Some things cannot be cured, but everything within us can be healed.
