A curated series where we commission artists to make an hour long mix of whatever inspires them to experiment, produce, and what they listen to.

Something different on the Mesh mix series this month, next up,  Kiara Scuro. The London based duo present their warm up set that raised and set the bar for the evening, recorded live from Phonox, London on Sat 14 August as part of Max Coopers' 4 nights at Phonox Residency. 

With guest shows on World Wide FM and Balamii Radio where they've showcased their tastes for varying genres and sounds from across the globe, and invited guests like Gilles Peterson and Mehmet Aslan to join them. Kiara Scuro are quickly becoming familar faces in some of the worlds most infuential and coverted clubs and festivals. Thanks to Rose and Nadia for contributing to the series!

‘We discovered Paola’s work last year and loved her approach to collage. Since then we’ve shared her artwork as part of our Balamii shows. She’s a Madrid-based artist who’s work is getting more and more deserved recognition lately - make sure you check her collages and support her if you can.’

London-based duo Glittcherz (pronounced ‘glitch-er-z’) are DJs and radio residents blurring the lines between rave energy and cinematic depth. Rooted in underground electronic music, their immersive sets weave together driving bass, intricate rhythms and psychedelic soundscapes, inviting listeners into a world where unpredictability is expected.

Embracing fluidity, these two move through a plethora of genres, fusing the weight of techno, dubstep, drum & bass and electro with the textures of ambient, world music and electronica. Hints of jazz and classical elements surface organically, adding musicality to their sound.

Whether igniting dancefloors or curating intimate listening experiences, they embrace the full spectrum of sound, aiming to create something truly transportive.
