The classic song with one of the best melodies of all time. The lyrics were written in 1910 by Frederic Weatherly and refitted to the tune Londonderry Air in 1913. To my surprise, the song works well recovered in a dream pop vein with female vocals. You must hear the beautiful female chorus!! Complete lyrics below:

Used to play popular pop and country songs in bars, songs written by other artists but for past couple decades have focused entirely on writing and producing my own songs across a number of genres: pop, country, blues, and more recently dream pop and what I'm calling whiskey blues dream pop, a style that merges the two and that seems complimentary to my ear.
