Biografie
Emre S. at the age of 12 he started to learn the drums. When he was 16 he had already heard some styles of Goa trance from Morning Psy to Dark but it was at 18 he went to his first party and discovered his love for this music. The people laughed and danced. The Feelings and Vibrations of the Music put him in a Trance. This was his begining as a DJ.

He started mixing in 2008 and his style is Twilight Psychedelic, Forest, Deep Psychedelic and DarkProg. He also started organizing Psy Parties near Freiburg and had his first DJ Gigs at these and other events.

In the year 2010 he played by the little DJ/Deco Crew Naturo Fluoro (Freiburg).
His path led him to the Soundviecher.net/ Berlin where he is actively represented today in the south of Germany and thrilled with the sound the ground.

He skipped the pond in early 2013, and it leads him to DJ for a FunkyJazzy Psytrance Label called Kinematic Records in Australia.

Now in 2018 one of his wish comes true.
He announced now blasting along with a Psychedelic/Forest/Crew, called Chaishop.com and a fresh, funky crazy psychedelic Label `Root Sector Records based in Germany.
Basically He is a very crazy man with magical inspiration of life and music!

I had an amazing time playing my first international set at Full Night Festival: Night Madness in Budapest, Hungary this past weekend. Many thanks to everyone for all the love and energy on the dancefloor. I couldn't have pictured a better way to celebrate my first month in Hungary since emigrating from South Africa. I am open for bookings in Europe and excited to play again soon!

Digital ShamanS present ADAY and a brand new live set from the Mexican artist. After releasing 1 album and 2 EPs at Digital Shamans Records, you can get a taste of his new music. The man behind ADAY is Alejandro Navalo, resident of Cdmx, who began his journey as a follower and supporter of the scene in psychedelic trance music at the age of 17. A short time later, he started to participate in small local parties to the pleasure of the public. With the passage of time, he gained more experience and began to play at festivals in several states of Mexico. Metasonic is the psychedelic DJ project of Sidney van Dyk. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa now living in Bangkok, Thailand.

Since first being exposed to psychedelic trance music and culture in 2009 he fell head over heals in love with both.

He believes that the psychedelic trance journey at it's roots is one of the most liberating and freeing experiences one can have. Be it progressive day-time to Full-on night time to Darkpsy etc, etc, etc and all the myriad of genres in between. The journey it takes you within your own consciousness and who you are after experiencing this journey of sound and self is what made him fall in love. 

Hence the name, Metasonic(meta - after / sonic - sound) is a tribute to that place in all of us that we reach after being taken on a psychedelic sound journey.

His vision for this project is to bring about journey sets to take the listener to that special place inside themselves.
