Crazy Low Dark Trance

After years of searching for meaning in existence, I had finally relaxed. It had taken its toll - mentally and spiritually.  I had gone as far as I could, and things were getting peculiar and particularly uncomfortable.  

The acceptance of the unknowing came much later, but I had come to understand that what I had experienced was nothing more than a projection of my internal world, until that fateful day.   

10 years…   

Suddenly, everything came back to me. I was not even given a choice - it was scary and beautiful at the same time. 
All of the fear and all of the wisdom, simultaneously flooding my brain and body to the point of nearly becoming overwhelmed.  

But I had experienced this all before so it wasn’t completely unfamiliar.  

Good and evil - were absolutely real. Not only within each of us, but also operating externally, influencing those who were susceptible and even possessing the vulnerable.   

I was particularly vulnerable at this time, observing myself here in a possessed state, not quite lucid but aware of what was occurring. There were a few others in our physical reality being puppeteered, working together seeming to try to take something precious from me. 

It stayed for some time, luckily I was given the utmost care from someone very special to me. If not for that, I fear I may have been pulled under. My soul taken into the darkness for eternity, and perhaps my physical body too.    

I never thought I would be here again. Education and experience had taught me enough that I could put it down to some sort of fiction…   

But it came back, and I’m still not sure how or why. 

Throughout these years of exploration, a vision of a word that I could hear and see but not speak, was often running through my consciousness, I couldn’t catch it for a long time.  

Finally, one day I managed to write it down and with much patience, I could say it out loud.

As I first pronounced the word out loud, by myself in a quiet space, a foreign voice in my head that I had never heard before, confirmed my achievement with a simple “Yes”.

Weaved through the eye of a needle and slipping in and out of the synapses of an unseen portal, Out of the Crockpot and Into the Frying Pan is the second full-length release by Keith. Created from three years of unreleased material, this collection of eight distinct tracks is best experienced as one continuous whole for optimal neural interference.
As the sequence unfolds, moments of darkness are balanced by light, heaviness by delicacy, and speed by stillness.
Even the most learned conjurors of the portal are yet dumbfounded.
