‘Aaayth Fly High For Selix’ is a compilation in the eternal memory of Yıldırım Selim Özersinci. 
 We are deeply sad for losing our friend last summer. We are a big family where each one of us plays a big part in our lives. Losing one of our brothers is tearing us all apart. Death should remind us the value of life, the balance and the duality.. remind us how lucky we are to know each other, to share and learn together, to create and spread both light and darkness… 
As The Dark Code Crew, we intend to keep the memory of our dear friend Yıldırım Selim alive forever. He was not only a member of our family and team, but also was one of the DJs of our crew, known as Selix aka Aaayth. That’s why we wanted to compile this album; the artists have been specially selected from the track lists of his Aaayth project as well as from among some of his best friends who produce music with the sounds they created together in the past. In order to preserve and spread further his style, we wanted this VA to be like a set played by him - a set that will remain alive to honor his memory forever! Thanx to all the artists who joined and gave power to this album. 
 We are also establishing a memorial forest in his name. All the donations and pre-orders from this album is to be donated to Ege Forest Foundation to create a forest of 500 or 5.000 trees, so that we will contribute to the life on our planet in the memory of Yıldırım Selim (You can find the donation info below. Thanx for your support!)
 While he was living on this planet, he was loved and respected so much by us and his family! We will miss him forever and feel his absence in our lives and projects. But we know that he is at the next level now and making everything ready there until we come  Hope his soul fly high and shine in the universe! We will always remember you our dear friend and we all will meet on the other side! 
 
 AAAYTH aka SELIX (BIO)
 
 Yıldırım Selim was a hi-tech DJ from Metacortex Records, Turkey. His psychedelic music adventure started in 2009, and in the last 2 years, he played DJ sets with the name of Selix. His DJ project Selix offered sounds more like twilight and dark forest. With his second and new project Aaayth, he wanted to reflect the light of the dark Hi-tech sound. During the last 2 years, he also worked in psychedelic events, as he was one of the stage managers of the Solarado Festival and The Dark Code teams. In addition, he also worked with the Amygdala. Sound System & Solutions. One of the main aims of his musical journey was to reflect enlightenment of the soul.

Als Sänger oder Keyboarder in der Schulband und später als HipHop Dj und mit eigenen Raptexten im Jugendcafe oder zu sonstigen Gelegenheiten. Mit 16 Jahren nach einem Besuch an einer Goa-Party entstand schließlich die Liebe zu elektronischer psychedelischer Musik...

Kaum ein Wochenende ohne irgendwo zu spielen. Dann kommt der Job, Umzug in andere Städte, das Leben halt........
