Lucas Alexander is no ordinary artist. With a mixture of heritage from Wales to Jamaica, the fusion of his upbringing is far from short in his music. Cutting his teeth on early UKG he would travel for hours from his hometown in Cardiff with his record bag in tow to play gigs in Manchester and further. The Moxy Muzik resident steps us for this belter of a mix with MF040 full of soul and peaktime groovers to get your feet tapping. 

Having honed his craft over the last 10 years becoming a regular in the Welsh dance music scene playing alongside every heavyweight under the sun. Now comes a new era, after branching out and playing gigs everywhere from Croatia to Thailand, Greece, Gibraltar, Dubai, London & Ibiza, becoming an unforgettable face on the scene (quite literally!) after gracing the decks at DC-10.

His few productions have immediately been picked up by heavy hitters Richy Ahmed, Jamie Jones, Detlef, Darius Syrossian, The Martinez Brothers, DJ Deeon, Patrick Topping and many more.

Lucio Agustin é DJ e produtor, natural de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Deu os primeiros passos na música eletrônica graças à influências de artistas como Archie Hamilton,Mihai Popoviciu, Apollonia, Mandar, Phill Weeks, Traumer, entre outros. Em 2012, Lucio decidiu que era hora de ter uma formação profissional como músico e ingressou na ARJAUS, uma grande escola de música de Buenos Aires. Após três anos de intenso estudo, Lucio estava pronto para cair de cabeça no mundo da produção musical. Lançando por selos como Little Helpers, Bondage Music, Cyclic Records, Sustain, DPE e Rendr, Lucio desenvolveu seu próprio estilo de mix e produção, que flutuam entre o House, Techno e Minimal.
Desde que encontrou seu próprio gênero, Lucio tocou em alguns dos mais importantes clubes locais como Pacha Buenos Aires, Rio Electronic Music, Bahrein Buenos Aires, Niceto Club, INPUT BA, Esvedra e diversos outros.
Em 2016, fundou a SUSTAIN, sua própria produtora de eventos e gravadora, onde em cada apresentação pode expressar suas habilidades de mixagem.
Depois de mais de 70 lançamentos no Beatport, ficou no DJ TOP10 Beatport no ano de 2017, alcançando a 6ª posição.
Atualmente, Lucio está trabalhando num novo projeto, onde visa fazer uma performance totalmente LIVE.

Within the underground scene, ATR has taken a journey through sounds to finally feel at home with the sound that he is currently delivering; raw groove, recognised vocal stabs aswell as shoulder popping percussion.
ATR’s energy and passion is exerted through his knowledge of track selection and body language behind the decks which you can witness from the dance-floor.

Alongside this, ATR has helped build his local scene as he holds a residency with Bermuda Events in his hometown, Mansfield. Mainly breaking through the scene in East Midlands, his energy and passion was soon picked up in the West Midlands with his most recent residency with Habits Records, this has allowed him to express his talent around the U.K, Including our capital city, London with his debut at Lightbox for Habits and Kritical Inc. & We Are Festival 2018.

Cutting his teeth early on House & Garage he would travel for hours from his hometown in Cardiff with his record bag in tow to play gigs in Manchester and further. 

Over the last ten years he has honed his craft becoming a regular in the Welsh dance music scene playing alongside every heavyweight under the sun. A graduate of the university of UKG, Lucas Alexander’s perfected a new sound merging Minimal, Garage and Tech House, with his glitched-out, playful 4:4 tracks making their way into the sets of Tristan Da Cunha & Brawther aka Dungeon Meat, Enzo Siragusa, Truly Madly, Appetite's Elliot Schooling & Liam Palmer, Fish56Octagon, Danny Howard, Jamie Jones, Sarah Story, Silva Bumpa, Richy Ahmed, and many more. 

Born and raised in Cardiff, the Jamaican-Welsh artist’s early years were influenced by dubstep, Jungle and UKG. That playfulness shines through his expert productions, which are full of sampled British chit-chat and unexpected yet perfectly-timed cracked-up beats. 

With releases on his own imprint Rarebit records as well Seven Dials, Four Thirty Two, HE.SHE.THEY, a collab with DJ Deeon on Nervous Records, and a remix of Todd Edwards on Defected Records among others, Lucas is on a mission to put Wales on the map and firmly stake his claim of the Dance Music scene.

Following on from a string of successful parties across London, summer 2020 sees the birth of the Metafloor Records label featuring music from from several of the scene’s heavyweights, as well as newcomers alike.
