Nuage x Bop - Past Jungle [Premiere]

I.L.R. Studios - INK, LOXY & LOOMIS start the attack on this release, with Resound on remix duties. Stranger Things has been cutting up the dnb circuit for sometime now, with massive support from the likes of Doc Scott! As its name suggests the track moves through different stages until it reaches a turning point in the second half that many would not expect from I.L.R. Studios. Heavy basslines , strings and textures drive the track to its apex where it meets even more melodic elements and finally dances its listener to its conclusion. Resound remix strips this concept down and rolls out strong, highlighting the strength embedded within its foundation.  A stella entry for the kru INK , Loxy, Loomis and Resound. I.L.R. Studios again shows why the label is hot property. A must for the collection!!

Ink, Loxy & Loomis - Stranger Things

The 5th release on Northern Front Records entitled M16 is a four track ep on 180gram vinyl with full artwork by Mark McGuinness. The four tracks on the ep consist of a Double O remix of Conquered History solo efforts by Response (Closer) and Pliskin (White Boy Killer) and a collaboration between Response & Pliskin (M16 Jungle).

Soul Intents third studio album draws on influences from labels such as Mo Wax and Ninja Tune during the mid 90s when Trip Hop was enjoying it's time in the limelight.

The result is a heartfelt 8 track exkursion into 170BPM music and features a welcome from Jazz vocalist @sula-mae who delivers yet another incredible vocal performance on "Fight For This".
