I've recorded this from my own cassette, it comes on a black tape with gold text - sleeve as pictured. Discogs shows a different cassette with this sleeve. 
This version has the Bukem intro followed by a crackly dubplate of 'So This Is Love'.  Sounds Of Life – Currents is the S.O.L. Remix
This one is most definitely a genuine mix.

This mix presents a more chilled side of Dillinja. These are mostly tunes from '94 to '96, when he was a studio hermit putting in his 10,000 hours and finding his sound. The tough beats and chest crushing bass are present, but these earlier tracks have a breathy ambience that nicely balance the heaviness. IMO 30 years on they still smoke 99% of today's jungle revival tracks. Track list is below. Enjoy!

Slowing jungle down to 150 bpm opens up many rhythmic possibilities. The rhythmic axis, if you will, shifts from two-step to four-on-the-floor, allowing for excursions into techno, steppas dub, dubstep, and even UKG.

It's this boundary pushing that hooked me on the music back in the day. I devoured every hardcore compilation I could get my hands on. Crucial to me were the Speed Limit 140 BPM+ and Jungle Tekno series, and their spirit, if not necessarily their sound, informs this mix.

While speed appealed to my youth, groove is my jam now. There's a lot of slower-than-usual jungle here, highlighting space and funk in the breaks. Dig, for example, Makoto's crazily swung amens in "Different Rhythm" or the sun-kissed lope of PFM's "Language of Love". Dub techno frosts the last half hour, culminating with ASC's "Snowblind", which wraps an eerie piano chord in stormy atmospherics.
