Ablekid aka Daniel Moore is a veteran DJ/producer from the Orlando underground now living in South Florida. His journey into dance music was as fortuitous as it was inevitable with his introduction to dance music began in the late 80's and early 90's with legendary Central Florida clubs like Aahz and Marz. After picking up a set of decks in 2000, he started buying vinyl by the crate-load. While honing his skills he began an internet radio show at the Drop Shop in Orlando with fellow DJ, Bert Simmons, and a small following developed.



Fast-forward to a move to the musical hotbed of Austin, Texas in 2009, the Ablekid moniker had seen success in various forms. Now signed to Praveen Achary’s Juicebox Music imprint, along with older releases on Christian Lang’s Kindred Recordings (Paris) and Rapid Fire Records (Miami), Daniel has also fostered many relationships in the community by becoming part of the esteemed Release Promo roster more than a decade ago.



In 2018 he was tapped to be FRISKY Radio's "Artist of the Week" and afterward was offered his own slot on the esteemed site where his show, Waveforms, has enjoyed almost 6 years of success. His continued success in the US underground is a combination of effective crate digging, silky smooth DJ skills and just the right amount of grit and determination. His mixes and productions are the result of all this hard work and show a depth of knowledge and attention to detail.



2024 will see new music released after a long break from production, and some of the scene's freshest underground talent as guests on his Frisky show, stay tuned.

From the heart of Colombo, Sri Lanka, Charith Yohan Fonseka — known on stage and behind the decks as Cherrybear — is steadily carving a name within the global underground progressive music scene. With a sound that threads across genres like Progressive House, Organic House, Downtempo, Afro House, and Techno, Cherrybear crafts immersive experiences where warm basslines and smooth melodic shifts drive energy and emotion in equal measure.
Emerging from a deep-rooted passion for sound since 2016, Cherrybear's artistic journey is a reflection of both instinct and evolution. A natural at shaping atmosphere through rhythm, he delivers sets that are both high-impact and thoughtfully composed, capturing the movement of underground culture with a personal touch.
His rising influence has already led to releases with respected imprints such as Café De Anatolia and Sounds and Frequencies Records, with more on the horizon. While still early in his career, Cherrybear’s work signals a young artist tuned into a global frequency — balancing musical curiosity, cultural depth, and a clear sense of direction.

Bio

Su influencia musical estuvo siempre marcada por la música electrónica. Hace mas de 10 años, por mera inquietud y ganas de estar del otro lado, comenzó su carrera como Dj estudiando con grandes profesores y en el increíble Arjaus.
Todo el camino fue mutando, cambiando su percepción y gusto musical, pasando por distintos estilos. Siendo hoy en día su genero predominante el Progresive House y el Techno Melódico, siempre con un dejo volador, con mucha melodía, grandes energías y mucho groove. Ademas tiene mucha influencia del Sonido Organico, Afro, Deep House y House.
Por eso sus sets tienen un enfoque auditivo muy melódico, delicado, al mismo tiempo fino, pero a su vez con muchos kicks, con fuerte personalidad y bajadas super hipnóticas. Su sonido, como varios lo llaman, es música para el corazón.
Comenzó sus presentaciones en clubes locales, y luego en lugares emblemáticos como The Bow, Crobar, Bahrein, Shamrock, Araoz, Niceto, etc. 
Luego haciendo Giras por países como Estados Unidos, Brasil, etc.
Compartió cabina con Djs Nacionales e Internacionales como Sasha, Alex Orion, Mariano Mellino, Kamilo Sanclemente, D-Nox, Emi Galvan, Zac, Martin Fredes, Fernando Ferreyra, John Cosani, Anunnakis, Topo Larroca, XZYKO, Mayro, Bruce Zalcer, EANP, Kevin di Serna, Sebastian Busto, Differ, Juan Deminicis, etc.
Comenzó su carrera de productora musical en el 2022 sellando en labels como AHDigital, Moonlight Droid9, BCSA & Fractal Noise Récords.
