Esta vez tenemos a un gran amigo Dj/Producer de Uruguay que nos trae una hora de música para disfrutar!

BIO: 

Con más de 10 años de experiencia, Diego Berrondo se ha ganado el respeto dentro del género Progressive House en la escena nacional uruguaya e internacional.
Sus principales influencias son quienes le han brindado apoyo en sus producciones, siendo en el año 2012 su primera participación en Resident, programa de Hernán Cattaneo, hasta el día de hoy.

Ha participado en diversas fiestas, eventos y radios como Clubbing Mvd, The Soundgarden, Bahrein (Bs As), OVO (Punta del Este), Metrodance, Proton Radio, Nube Music Radio, Frisky Radio, entre otros. Compartiendo cabina con artistas como Hernán Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Mariano Mellino, Marcelo Vasami, Emi Galvan, Sebastian Busto, Juan Deminicis, Andrea Cassino, Frangellico, Dousk, entre otros.

Ha estado en varios sellos desde el año 2011 hasta la actualidad, pasando por varios importantes como lo son: onedotsixtwo, Electronic Groove Records, Modern Agenda, Droid9, Droid9 South America, Golden Wings Music Label, Nube Music Records, entre muchos mas.

En la actualidad junto a Alex Efe, llevan adelante Clubbing Mvd & Progressive House Uruguay con la finalidad de impulsar a DJs/Productores nacionales emergentes, y de la región, también impulsando el género en su país.

Progressive Waves 007 Guest Mix By Diego Berrondo

Nicolas Garcia was born in the neighborhood of Parque Patricios Buenos Aires, Argentina on February 7, 1990. At his young age the frequent nightclubs related to electronic music, listening to artists such as Danny Howells Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, references of his style. His love for music led him to become a DJ and Producer. In 2016 he released his first track on an album released by the label Suffused Music - Initializing, Vol. 11
In 2018 he edited for the record label Superordinate Music - Eastern Forest (Original Mix) among other works. He currently leads a musical cycle called "Anesthesia" of great repertoire in the south of the province of Buenos Aires.

"Los Angeles-based producer and Tabula Rasa label-head RamonPang occupies two halves of the same whole. On one hand, his dance-ready bootleg remixes of dizzying, frenetic chaos were supported by Skrillex, Four Tet, and Fred again.. during their historic run of New York shows in 2023. These remixes were also featured in Ramon's unhinged DJ sets, supporting acts like G Jones, salute and Ivy Lab.. On the other hand, he is unafraid to infuse his studies in naturistic tranquility and moments of mindful stillness into his music. This is evident in his sophomore album "Third Places," which concludes with a 12-minute piece inspired by artists like Visible Cloaks and Hiroshi Yoshimura.

More-so than past releases, Ramon is invoking both sides in equal emphasis on his third album “Life Cycle Waves”. Calming melodies are woven over dense, shifting drum programming - crafting a listen where yearning melodies act as rhythmic hooks over cold, skittering drums.

On album bookends ‘Run Algae’ and ‘We Smiled Together’, rhythmic love is ever-present, but takes a backseat to floating, carefree instrumentation. ‘Waves Crashing’, ‘A Vast Expanse’ and ‘Be With Me’ take cold mechanical tropes from old school glitch hop and drill n bass, chopped with samples ranging from smooth jazz to ambient music. Energetic highlights ‘Daze’, ‘Nothing to Figure Out’ and ‘Third Freeze’ feature the album’s most active synth solos, most engaging drums and most personal samples.
