The Wolf You Feed is a four piece instrumental post-rock/post-metal band originating from Riga, Latvia. They play a mix between stoner and sludge influenced discordant, heavy and slow riffs, that seemingly merge with the more melodic and up-tempo parts, influenced by post-hardcore and math rock genres.

After being formed in the middle of year 2011 by two guitarists Nauris Vasiļevskis (The Black Drummer Is A Slave) and Jānis Altmanis, they were soon accompanied by the drummer Jānis Untāls (Parára). After an intense search for filling the bass player slot, they finally found a perfect match, in the dawn of 2011 - Reinis Šembelis. 


From the heart of Northern Europe, from those grimy streets of Riga, Latvia, a new wave of modern rock music. More than just music. Attention to details, yet remembering that simple is genius.

Groovy beats, powerful bass lines and aggressive guitar riffs. This is Omertà.

Omertà was founded in late 2011 by three musicians, who came together for a reason - to give rock music a new, unique sound and feeling. After almost 18 months in rehearsal space, the band finally got out in public by playing one of their first shows, already in a big venue - Palladium Riga on the 7th of June, 2013 as a warm-up act for Indygo. Continuing a great start, the band played at numerous open-air festivals in Latvia, including SummerSound 2013. Later that year, their music was played on Latvian radio stations and the band played a live on-air show on Riga Radio. The band's debut album is going to be released in summer 2014. Despite the fact, that the band is new - Omertà has already played many concerts in different cities in Latvia and this year, they're expanding horizons.

Parára is a five-piece experimental rock and post-punk band from Riga, Latvia formed in the dawn of 2009. Featuring two drumsets, frequently complex rhythm structures and some intense breakdowns their sound can be very dense yet just as melody driven and humble as your neighborhood singer-songwriter guy.

In their first year Parára have played numerous live concerts at local clubs, venues and festivals, together with a wide array of local and foreign acts alike including: Tesa, Gaserata, Edgars Rubenis, darkblueworld, Heligoland and Sabot, during this time they also recorded and released a three song demo and then two more songs- “Sebastian” and “Just a Figure of Speech” as a live video, everything in a DIY fashioned way, and all of which is downloadable for free on their website: http://www.parara.lv .

Currently their guitarist Kārlis Butins resides in Germany and is only available for short periods of time for touring and playing together. Being away from each other inspired Parára to be more versatile and lately they have been diving into various kinds of experimental and avant-garde notions like the drumming mechanics of Yoshida Tatsuya, the contemporary arrangements of Kayo Dot and the raw energy of the washington dc Post-hardcore scene from the likes of Faraquet.

Parára is a constantly evolving journey with no fear of surprising the listener with an abrupt phrasing of sincerity.
