Random Doodles 2020 - 2022

Mostly based on Symphonia, though I borrowed a couple of elements from the Tales of Phantasia version.

On the secluded shores of an island atop an infinite ocean, a young mint-haired girl dips her legs into the icy embrace of the waves. Her eyes glisten with a delicate combination of curiosity and longing as she gazes at the sky, where the stars twinkle and dance tirelessly alongside the majestic moon. A profound sense of nostalgia washes over her, evoking a bittersweet yearning that resonates deep within her soul.

Neptunian Waltz

Demo made using only instances of Plogue's excellent new Chipsynth C64.

For this piece, I wanted to take a shot at creating an orchestra comprised of only the "Modern" synth sounds that came with the software to showcase how much versatility it offers in building off the original SID chip — and ended up riffing on several classic works in the process.
