Building on the benchmark set for our catalogue, this 13th release displays a fully matured version of Counterpoint’s sonic aesthetic, and gives a little insight into what is expected to be a prolific fall season for the label.

Known for their technical and minimal approach to production - the connection with Handra grew naturally. Over pasts months we worked together closely to craft an EP, which is not only a unique piece of music, but also a true representation of our perspective on present and future Drum & Bass sounds. Bristol based Mikal journeys back into our catalogue to deliver a stunning remix on the title track.

After the success of "Footprint" (cat nbr. COUNTERPOINT011), Mikal returns to bring the Bristol twist to the Counterpoint bassline groove. The legendary percurssion we've came to expect from the Metalheadz alumni is in full effect as he creates a rythimical frenzy of kicks, congos, and vocal chops that will fire off any dancefloor to the next level.
