Maksim Dark - (Live DJ) Born in the distant Urals in Serov "Russia". From adolescence he developed a passion for music. In 16 years began to be engaged in music, though it was very hard to find a studio because he had not had the opportunity to buy good speakers and a lot more to write music. Getting Maksim more pleasing dark style, he felt this adrenaline passion, listening to every sound in the dark track, began to try, after a while he began to mix with a dark dance style minimal, wanted to do for themselves what is more interesting. Create music Maksim could well be a lot of ideas, but there was a problem on the sound and its quality, because he did not own expensive equipment, and did not want to give up music, and continued to work hard on the sound quality, even on cheap speakers, 2 years Maksim released about 100 releases, he's working on music every day and actively release release because the music he is now a he improvises over style blends and also add something new and so far can not give the name of his style.

This track From Manchester's Jini Cowan is a defiantly a stand out track on the album, everything about this track is seamless and sounds absolutely massive on dance floors!

Jini has expressed her delight to be involved with Melted and the #greatmusicforabettercause movement, which will see the profits of Melted ONE donated to Macmillan and The Teenage Cancer Trust. 

This year has been massive for Jini and is set to become even more of a success with gigs booked in Mexico, Orlando, Chicago and plenty more amazing shows of the back of the success from the EP released on Yoruba Grooves which was supported by the likes of Enzo, Marco Carola, Luciano and Stacey Pullen!

Back at our mammoth Stay True Scotland broadcast earlier this month, one track came real close to bringing The Caves' roof down during Nina Kraviz's powerhouse headline set. "I Wanna Go Bang" very nearly executed its titular statement – well, if the song was more about wrecking balls and less about...oh, never mind.

The vocals that stalk the track, so wholly devoid of humanity, rub up against razor-sharp claps and serious bounce in the subs. It's weighty warehouse techno of the highest order, set to devastate dark basements and big tents alike throughout the year. Simply put: Icelandic producer Bjarki has delivered a bomb.

As soon as the lights on the dance-floor went out there was a stir through the club. Word was out that old Acid Cow had a strange dream the previous night and wished to speak about it it to all the other animals. This old fellow was so highly regarded that everyone was ready to lose an hour’s sleep in order to know what happened. The animals began to arrive and make themselves comfortable one by one.

First arrived the mountain cow Debal Sommer, followed by the Falling Cows, who settled down in the straw right in front of living legend Attila Manju. In the meantime Timboletti perched himself on the window-sill but then fluttered up to the rafters, Frech & Koch lay down behind golden gated Didier Dlb and Breger with his robs and began to chew the cud. The cows from Langegarden came in together, walking very slowly and setting down their vast hairy hoofs with great care. All the animals were now present except Aphe, who trapped voices behind the sub woofer. Senso Sounds drops a major release from techno heavyweight Dubfire and label boss Oliver Huntemann. Reuniting the partnership that has seen a string of seminal releases over the years in the form of their 'Elements' series, 'Humano' is the 2nd part of a continuation of this series - more weapons of grade dance-floor material from the high profile duo. Later on this year their partnership will be summarized in their 'Restrospec- tivo' album.
Former Deep Dish man Dubfire’s uncanny knowledge of how to create epic dance- floor moments is in full effect, combined with Huntemann’s precision tool production techniques on the original version of the title track. The result is a super tough, tight and incalculably driving slice of techno goodness that will ignite floors worldwide. The rest of the EP manages to maintain the pressure - with a set of sick remixes from Victor Ruiz, Hatzler and Shaded.
Ruiz, the Brazilian techno pioneer adds another level of fire to the original, tweaking and refining the track into a damager that pushes everything to 11 and hits home with every play. Hatzler, the Hamburg based German DJ/producer chooses a different direction - emphasizing more of the space in the original. Rinsing the tension to the next level, look out for the epic middle section break down. The whole package is primed to destroy clubs far and wide - techno at its most effective. Shaded’s Summer Skin remix also delivers a tightly wound interpretation, with a bubbling bass line and nervous, excited groove providing the fuel for an extended dancefloor excursion.

Egbert returns to Mindshake Records with Wild EP, the label’s 43rd release. After his Knapperig EP, out in 2015, and an impressive remix of Nick Curly’s ‘Olympic’ track, this latest project from the taleted producer and LIVE act specialist is ferocious and delirious.

Egbert’s special skills have attracted the attention of big names from the electronic scene: Secret Cinema, Sven Väth, Paco Osuna, Gregor Tresher and Adam Beyer are just a few of the DJs and producers who have detected the genius beneath the fingers of this slick young Dutchman. On his return to Mindshake Records, Egbert seamlessly stamps the energetic and furious scent from his LIVE acts on this three-act piece where the furore and the passion never disappears, but is transformed in order to enhance the experience.

Opening the EP is ’Wild’, a deep wavy tune balanced with high, sharp textures that delve us into a vibrant circuit that is impossible to leave. Making it true to its name, ’Wild’ is the fascinating trap that keeps us waiting for Egbert’s next move. Anchored in the wilderness, ‘Control’ represents a different challenge. Through a dry and warm upbeat groove, a suggestive female voice invites us to an unsystematic control. ‘Elektriciteit’ grows from a frenzied start, reflecting Egbert’s natural outgoing techniques and artistry. ‘Elektriciteit’ is formed from a subtle melodic base that climbs fast to the top by applying flowing synths and punchy kicks to create a dark and dim track suitable for linking together all the pieces of this new reference.

Ramiro Lopez drops the electrifying follow up to his ‘Pretending’ EP from May this year. 

For almost a decade, Spain’s Ramiro Lopez has established himself as one his country’s leading proponents of techno, with strong releases across labels that include Suara, Intec, Octopus Recordings and Bedrock. He first debuted on Drumcode in 2016 with the rousing collaborative track ‘Clap Your Hands’ that ranked among one of the label’s standout tracks for the year. With one Drumcode release already under his belt in 2017 and a new label project Odd Recordings with fellow DC cohort Arjun Vagale recently launched, he’s enjoying another strong year.

His return to the label comes in the form of ‘Being Alone’, a powerful trio of cuts, all of which featured in Adam Beyer’s Awakenings Festival Day 1 performance. The title track is a multi-layered weapon, propelled by a dizzying vocal, swirling synth effects and pin-sharp percussion that build toward a smooth classy finish. ‘Dark Science’ is an effective stomper brought to life by a bell chime hookline and undulating synth melody ensuring its peak-time prowess. ‘Der Raum’ rounds out the EP, highlighted by Lopez’s deft drum work, proceeded by a driving, euphoric climax.
