You may not realize that he is also a very talented producer! Inspired by his time at Sun & Bass in Sardinia, Stunna blessed us with a pair of solid jungle tracks that really capture the essence of the music, marking our first two-track release and the beginning of another beautiful autumn season.

Hailing from South Africa, Sophistakid has been rocking dance floors in Shenzhen since 2010. He is the founder of legendary club night In2deep and is the highest charting Beatport artist on We Love Music, a record label affiliated with Ibiza promoters. He’s performed at festivals in Mexico and cities around China, frequently rocking the underground circuit. A true music lover, his production arsenal is diverse, consisting of deep house, techno, and all kinds of drum & bass.

This song is part of the 'Bassed in Asia, Vol 1' compilation album. As the title suggest, the album presents local producers 'bassed' in Asia. Half of them are locals and half of them are expats. Some are well established, and some are just breaking out, but all of them have the spirit of bass music within.

This jungle soldier has released on Rubik Records, Living, AlphaVersion, Subdued...and now helps to further define the sound of South China’s Mettāsonic imprint.
