The heart is the central hub in the network of all living things, regardless of space and time. It is also closely connected to the right hemisphere of the brain. 

In ancient temples in Malta, there are stone rooms that were found to match the frequency of 110hz or 111hz, which turns out to have a significant effect on the human brain. Findings have indicated that at 110hz or 111hz, the patterns of activity over the prefrontal cortex abruptly shift, causing a relative deactivation of the language center and a temporary switching from left to right-sided dominance, which is related to emotional processing. 

People regularly exposed to resonant sound in the frequency of 110hz or 111hz are "activating" an area of the brain that bio-behavioral scientists believe relates to mood, empathy and social behavior.

This was written, composed and mixed by a friend of mine after reading my diary in which I chronicled the beginning of my oldest daughter's life on earth as a preemie baby. My only sanity and saving grace during this tumultuous time was "Prayer". Hence the title. I hope everyone enjoys it!
