The Heart Chakra, or Anahata, is located directly in the middle of the breastbone, one can put their hand over their heart chakra and feel their own heart beating in their chest. It represents the feelings of love towards others and towards ourselves as well as a overall state of happiness.


Respective organs are the lungs, liver, thymus, heart and blood circulation. 
An open heart lets us be more open to others and we get along with people of all different backgrounds and personality types. 
Typically, a person with a well-balanced heart chakra is happy and tend to find joy in the day-to-day things that they experience in life. It doesn’t take some grand event to make them happy, nor do they have a tendency to go searching for happiness through some type of outside circumstances. They realize that happiness genuinely does come from within and they make the most out of virtually any type of situation they find themselves in as opposed to trying to change their circumstances in order to feel better about themselves.

With a blockage on this Chakra you’re probably going to have a very difficult time feeling deeper, more meaningful emotions like love or joy. In fact, you’re more likely to become very distant toward others. You may find it difficult, if not impossible, to forge new and meaningful relationships with other people. 
A person with a unbalanced or blocked heart chakra may experience chest pain and heart palpitations. It also affects how well the person is able to breathe because it has a direct impact on the function of the lungs.

Its associated color is Green.

When your Anahata Chakra is balanced you are full of Love, Happiness and openness. 

The Anahata is associated with several characteristics:
- compassion
- love towards yourself and others
- happiness
- trust
- connection to others
- surrender

For this Sound Journey I used the planetary frequency of the Earth Year (136.10 Hz, according to "the cosmic octave" by Hans Cousto) to open, balance and heal the Heart Chakra (Anahata). Supported by instrumental elements, organic percussion and natural atmospheres, this Sound Journey provides a deep, meditative Sonic Experience.

Anahata Healing - A Sound Journey to open, balance & heal the Heart Chakra

Many years ago, I had an OM experience during meditation. Afterwards, I searched the entire internet to find music that had the same richness and depth. Because I couldn't find any, I locked myself in my room for several weeks and sampled music clips on my computer until I had created a track that roughly expressed the magnificent richness of my listening experience: The great deep OM-AUM-Mantra. Together with two pieces by Klaus Wiese, this track forms my reinterpretation of Osho's Nadabrahma meditation.

You can use it for meditation, psychotherapy and journeys to altered states of consciousness. If you are using it as the first part of the Osho Nadabrahma meditation, you should sit down and hum or sing the OM-AUM-Mantra. You can find complete instructions for Nadabrahma meditation in Osho's books and on the Internet. 

 The OM soundscape is based on a cis tuned to the sun, 136.10 Hz, and contains the Schumann resonance and theta frequencies. Because the included Hemi Sync frequencies (also known as brainwaves, binaural beats or isochronic tones): Don´t hear it with headphones by driving a car or similar activities!

Phase 1: The Great Deep OM - Aum - Mantra (hum It)

This guided Sound Healing Journey was created as a tool to cultivate trust, to remember our essence, to find strength and love in our connection with our great mother and to let go of limiting old beliefs and to harmonize discordant energy patterns.

We will connect with our breath, our bodies and the earth, open our hearts and let light shine on our shadows in order to feel stuck emotions and clear energy blockages.

This Journey features 111 Hz as an anchor to shift the focus from the logical left brain into the intuitive right side of the brain which allows us to get into a deeper meditative state and become more open to connect with our imagination which is helpful to re-program and shift negative beliefs.

Isochronic tones also assist the entrain the Brain first into a relaxed alpha state and later into a deep theta state of healing and deep relaxation.

The 528 Hz frequency pure tone is being pulsed throughout the whole journey as well as tuning fork recordings. This solfeggio frequency is known for activating our highest potential within our DNA and it also restructures the water in our cells.
