Wir sind zwei Unternehmer aus Hamburg, die von den Möglichkeiten neuer Tools und Methoden, um Arbeit zu verändern, begeistert sind. Bei allen Tools, Cloud, künstlicher Intelligenz und Co. sind wir zudem der Meinung, dass die Frage nach dem Sinn von und die Erfüllung durch Arbeit nie wichtiger war als heute. 

Auf einem gemeinsamen Trip nach New York kam uns die Idee, dass wir uns dem Thema am besten mit einem Buch nähern, das alle guten Konzepte, Ideen und Erfahrungen zusammen bringt. 

‘New Work’ wäre nicht ‘New Work’, wenn wir den Prozess dahin nicht auch gleich dokumentieren würden. Daher teilen wir auf dem Weg dahin unsere Eindrücke und alles, was dabei hilft, das Buch noch besser zu machen. 
Und daher eben ‘On the Way to New Work’.

Ziggy Has Ardeur (*1983, Villach, Austria) is a singer, songwriter and producer, living in Mannheim, Germany since 2004. From 2004-2013 he released two LPs and a pack of EPs with his nationally and internationally renowned art-rock band MBWTEYP, and played hundreds of shows between Budapest and Toronto, Paris and Vilnius. The charismatic original and his band mates, all into DIY, were known for unique performances, voluminous productions, extraordinary outfits and an expressive voice. Since 2011, Ziggy has been writing and producing extravagant fashion soundtracks every six months for Munich fashion designer Irene Luft and her shows at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin and New York, next to remixes and soundtracks for all kind of movies, installations & theatre. Ziggy is increasingly influenced by synthesizers, modular experiments, electronica composing and sound design. He reappeared on stage as an audio-visual electronica act in 2013. In 2015 he started working with his former bassist and filmmaker Donni Schoenemond, founding the promising indietronica duo CUCUC. In 2016 he was chosen to curate and produce the international and genre-crossing project "Mix The City" (www.mixthecity.com) by British Council for Mannheim (UNESCO CITY OF MUSIC). The result and its creator were selected by Tagesschau, the most watched news program on German television. 2018/2019 he's composing music for Nationaltheater Mannheim, Stuttgarter Staatstheater & Badische Landesbühne. In 2018 he found a soundtrack studio with Konstantin Gropper (Get Well Soon). Since then they collaborated for a 
neo classical, contemporary electronica & experimental concert at Frei Ottos Multihalle Mannheim. In 2023 they composed and performed "RHIZOM" - the live-tv-broadcasted official opening concert of BUGA 2023 Mannheim with the Haifa Symphony Orchestra. Moreover they're writing and producing the soundtrack for Netflix Series "How To Sell Drugs Online (Fast)" Season 2 & Season 3 and "King Of Stonks". In 2021 he made the soundtrack for Netflix's "Shiny_Flakes: Teenage Drug Lord".

Artist Short Bio
Hailing from greater Frankfurt and being part of the former „next generation of cocoon artists“ Chris Tietjen looks at an impressive career which started already at a young age. 

His musical taste is based on a foundation of funk, hip hop and reggae and was finally shaped and developed under the influence of artists and mentors like Sven Väth and Ricardo Villalobos. No wonder the former cocoon protégé played almost every bigger cocoon festival stage and clubs such as Amnesia Ibiza, Cocoonclub Frankfurt, Nature One or Green & Blue (just to name a few).

Touring all year long and being an active part of the current Frankfurt scene Tietjen is not only working on his DJ skills. He also checks into his studio or join forces with his production partners and musical allies Christian Burkhardt, Reboot or Markus Fix. Tietjen’s productions can be found on labels like Epilog, Moan and of course on Cocoon which also hosts his „inhouse mix series“. 

Vinyl-lover and afterhour-marathon-man Chris Tietjen seems the be the perfect combination of oldskool musical influences and modern and contemporary party styles. Someone who keeps the innocent underground spirit of the great techno and house era alive but keeps on developing to a proper and grown up artist at the same time. 

Tietjen is working on his own style and taste and just doesn't follow the technology and trends of the club mainstream. Keep on spinning Chris and get the party started!

The DJ/Producer and Labelhead of Result Recordings Daniel Schlender has been a pioneer of the music industry for the last six years, harnessing his musical talents and business skills working at Cocoon Recordings, Intergroove Digital Distribution and the Popacademy BW. As a popular club and events DJ, Daniel has played all over Germany, Harry Klein, Loft, Cocoonclub, Rote Sonne, U60311, ButanClub and many more. He is responsible for the Four Knox Club Bookings near Mannheim and is also a resident DJ for Loft Club Ludwigshafen and Four Knox Club, playing there once a month. In his past Daniel ran the music Label Metatron during their big releases from Gregor Tresher, Johannes Heil, Extrawelt and Tobias Felbermayr. After the launch of his current label, Result Recordings, Daniel’s first big successful release came from Flatner/Hermanez, Burkhardt and Leon. The follow up to this success came with the release from Olene Kadar to include a big Markus Fix Remix, Davide Squillace and Sascha Dive and Daniel himself. 2014 Daniel is playing at Time Warp Festival in Mannheim, Climax Stuttgart, Tanzhaus West, Loft Club, Butan Club and many more
