I frist started this experiment when I was supposed to play at a Techno stage in summer 2021. Most who heard me play, know that I'm a sucker for House / Tech House music but when I played Tech House and Dark Tech on 130+ BPM that day, something surprisingly changed. All of the tracks had the Techno energy with the Tech House groove. Fell in love instantly. So with this closing set at Birgit&Bier for my Freirausch family, I have decided to try this again... and it worked like a charm.

Spotlight #47 - MazeKashi

Early in his youth @mazekashi learnt to play piano and e-bass and gained experiences in various bands and music groups. After moving to Berlin in 2016, he immediately was driven by the incredible energy of electronic music, thrilling basslines, electrifying melodies and sharp snares. Maze quickly decided to start DJing to share his passion for music with his own personal touch!
Those familiar with him know that he loves to take over the crowd with his sound, depending on the mood and energy, and take them on a very special musical journey through a wide variety of genres and styles.
Maze is the co-founder of @buschtanz, organizing the lovely Buschtanz festival and other events with an incredible crew, and is also part of @staygold_music.

From the main metropolis behind the decks of clubs like KitKatClub, Mensch Meier and Ritter Butzke or festivals like ADE: After discovering her love for electronic music at an early age in Frankfurt, Mia Mangata was drawn to Berlin in 2016. Inspired by its diverse nightlife, she started to fill the local dance floors with her dynamic sound 3 years later. Shortly after she began DJing, her sets were featured by "Jeden Tag ein Set". Since then, Mia has played in more than 40 venues in Germany, Poland, and The Netherlands. In 2021, she produced her 1st track "Irregular" together with Floordrobe. Mia Mangata’s style transcends genres and ranges from Progressive House, Melodic Techno, and Indie Dance up to Techno. While she likes to experiment in her podcasts, her gigs are always characterized by very driving tracks. On the dance floors she loves to go full throttle: Mia gives the crowd an energy boost in their legs and takes them on a musical rollercoaster ride. As M² aka Mia Mangata the Berlin-based artist is well-known for her Peak Time Techno sets from 129 to 135 BPM.
