This set is inspired by the inevitable change that's part of our lives. Sometimes the changes we experience are welcomed, they feel pleasant and full-filling, and sometimes they're not. But in the end, it's experiencing that range that contrast that makes us feel alive.

Here's my tribute to David Khanjian, recognized by his artist name DAVI, currently based in Los Angeles, USA.

With a deep-seated passion for music since his early years, he swiftly earned a place in the esteemed music department of the Komitas State Conservatory in Yerevan, Armenia.

Yet, it was his move to Los Angeles that set the stage for his musical journey to flourish. At the youthful age of 20, he ventured into electronic dance music production, drawing inspiration from the world-class producers and DJs who frequented LA's premier clubs.

Already holding the position of resident DJ at Armenia's top electronic music venue and boasting formal musical training, it was only a matter of time before industry titans began to recognize his talents. DAVI committed himself to refining his already remarkable production skills, weaving his unique groove, captivating melodies, and deep pads within the confines of his LA studio.

My affection for Robot Heart is well-known, tracing back to my first encounter with it in the desert sands in 2008. Over the years, my musical journey has been deeply influenced and shaped by its presence. 

Having the opportunity to partake in Robot Heart's Residency in Oakland, California, was a true delight. 

The four-hour set I performed stands out as one of my favorites in recent memory, largely due to the unparalleled connection forged with the audience. 

Beginning the night and carrying through to the peak hours before passing the decks to Sante Vie, the energy was phenomenal to say the least. 

I hope that you find as much joy and resonance in this performance as I did that night
