A new batch of awesome spring into sumer 2016

I was playing with a band that wanted to do some old funk tunes but I wasn't in love with the songs they chose so I wrote a funk song myself. 

It wasn't a genre that I was familiar with but I had a lot of fun with it. 

The basic structure is pretty simple but getting on the beat has taken a whole year of practice. You don't think about funk - you feel it. It's a gas when you get into it.

this city where we reside

Tremolo Please started as a solo project for guitarist Stephen Farrell. Songs and performances were based using loop pedals and other effects but this all changed when drummer Chris Natour joined. Now music like drum n bass amongst others, could be incorporated into the guitar based songs. The various influences can be heard on the Too Much EP, showcasing dream pop to punk and lots in between.
