Hi I`m Alan,
I am an electrician by trade but i spend most of my time listening to and playing music. Recently I`ve started as a volunteer at our local community radio station "7 waves community radio 92.1 fm ". a small charity funded radio station which is run by our community, which is based in wallasey, wirral, merseyside. It has 6 state of the art broadcasting studios and people from around the area can come and train for lots of broadcasting diciplines.

I work as a co-presenter for "The Edge" show which goes out on tuesdays 8 -10pm  and thursdays 10pm-2am. I am actively scouting round for new local talent to come and showcase their talents on our programme. If you are a band or recording artist and would like to hear your songs played on the radio please get intouch, or send me some tracks and I will do my best to play them.

Singer-Songwriter from Shrewsbury living in Liverpool.

THE WAYWARD TRAVELLERS ARE- wakastaff,drums and percussion, colin hutch, rythmn guitar,keys,harmonica and backing vocals, pod cousins, bass and vocals all formerly of dicks orchard, darren caine,lead vocals, tambourine and shakers,dave graham, drums and percussion both formerly of seer and degsy heeson on lead guitar.
The band was originaly formed by wak,col,pod and daz to raise awarness and funds for the woodlands hospice in liverpool who looked after the late great former lead guitarist of dicks orchard james andrew finnie.
Sadly the band broke up due to inhouse conflicts and thats where the wayward travellers was born,
The songs on the player were done at igloo studios liverpool on the 27th of june 2011 as a live project to break in the 2 new band members dave and degsy.
So thats were we are up to, catch up with us on a few of our live dates and we will gladley deposit a copy of the live session ( i am the monkey e.p ) as a taster towards the wayward travellers debut album due for release early 2012,
