MC Stern aka The Rhymesmith is an emcee who started out in 1988 and first appeared on wax in 1991 with a song called "Take Me Away" on the "Ruff Kut" complilation album on "Ruff Kut Records"
After a 20year break decided to pick up the mic again after being inspired by the UK Hip Hop scene and after receiving great reviews from his debut mixtape "Return Of The Stern" 
Now recording solo work as well as recording and performing with live band Bus Stop Politics, has finished his first solo album "A Nightmare On Stern Street" produced by Kaptain Spacekase and mastered by Audio Animals check the preview clips on here aswel as some live recordings of yet unreleased tracks from the album. The Rebirth, is a Los Angeles based septet built on an organic blend of new and traditional Soul, Hip-Hop, Jazz, and Funk.
