This recording was captured right in front of my tent at a little after 5am on the side of the Chattooga River. The section I was camping near was very calm and saw many people fishing and tubing on the river each day. Luckily traffic was minimal this morning and I was able to record some pristine nature sounds!

Recorded with a Sony D100 on a tripod, sensitivity 10.

Een moment om jezelf alle aandacht te geven en om spanningen los te laten, stress te verzachten en onrust te kalmeren. Niet door je gevoelens of spanning te negeren of verdoven maar door erbij aanwezig te zijn, te ademen en te ontdekken dat echte rust komt wanneer je aanwezig bent bij wat je eigenlijk niet wil voelen. Deze meditatie helpt je ook om juist extra te genieten van de rust die je al voelt en deze alle ruimte te geven. Echt een meditatie om vaker te doen.
