I'm a classically-trained musician who began my musical career in 1962. On February 9th, 1964, as I sat glued to my parents television, the four lads from Liverpool changed my life forever. From that point on I decided that this was the life for me. I took classical piano and guitar lessons and joined my first band in 1966. Throughout the '60s, '70s and '80s I played and sang in many different local bands. My weapon of choice during most of those years was a Hammond B3, but in 2006 I bought a Fender Stratocaster and started doing all the guitar work on my tunes. Today I still play an occasional jam session, but have dedicated most of my time to writing and recording my music in my home studio. I have also played lead guitar on my son's first solo album.
