Swedish disco-pop duo Drop Out Orchestra serve up a sure fire single on The Disco Express. Invoking the spirit of 70's New York with their two uptempo disco bangers 'I Got You' and 'Get Naked' the EP also features club-ready remixes from resident Soundsmith and label boss Bustin' Loose.

Daniel Lindeberg and Ingemar Perä of Drop Out Orchestra aim to bring live elements back into the dance music. Blurring the divide between live and DJ performances by incorporating live bass and electronics, Drop Out Orchestra are bonafide party starters.

They've previously collaborated with the likes of Black Strobe, Flight Facilities, Paul Weller, LCD Soundsystem's Nancy Whang and have supported anyone from Gilles Peterson to Fatboy Slim.

Next up on ZR is some heavy duty Brass Construction style disco funk. The Tribute To Randy Muller Mix has live strings, rhodes, bass, guitar and a gruff JB style rootsy vocal. Whilst the Raw Uncut version has a more stripped back hard hitting approach.

There’s already a big buzz on this beefy, super classy disco house tune featuring the wonderful voice of Angela Johnson. "Do You Love Me" is a radical rework of an old Rod Temperton song with a big chorus hook.

This update comes complete with newly written verses and other extra vocal parts. Add into the mix live strings, brass and the authentic disco sound you've come to expect from ZR releases.

The JN Disco Blend Mix concentrates on the chorus and groove, whilst the Extended Vocal has the full song with a piano led jazzy finale. Whilst the Sunburst Keys expands the jazziness into its own SB style version.
