Dumpstaphunk Encore with Mike Clip Payne Bearsville Theater

The Day the Church of Universal Love & Music was raided by an anti drug taskforce and held all of 420FM, DRUGS and our special guest Leo Neocentelli of the Meters along with Dumpstaphunk at gunpoint for 5 hours while our other guest Eric Mcfadden was stuck outside the venue at a police roadblock.. In the band that night were Andre Foxxe on guitar, Zach Alford (Bowie) on Drums, Mark Dan on Bass (Dharma Bums the dali lamas favorite band), Richie Shaken Nagan, Greg Fitz   If  enjoyed the shows during the pandemic please help us out. The 420 Funk Mob's second show at Tramps in 1999 featured Cordell Boogie Mosson as our special guest. The second set opened up with Boogie on Bass on his signature Funkadelic tune  Nappy Dug Out and closes out with a Black Sabbath Cover...Guess Which One?

I Wanna Know If It's Good To You (Take 2) - FunksTruMentaL/LoopADelic Rehearsal 06-04-12 Disc 1. This is the second take from a live rehearsal for FunksTruMentaL/LoopADelic featuring Michael "Kidd Funkadelic" Hampton on lead guitar. The bottom tracks were done on 4-Track, Mike's guitar solo was added later and I played live drums over it for a rehearsal for my upcoming FunksTruMental / Loop-A-Delic project. The song was originally written by G. Clinton, B. Nelson, E. Hazel and C. Haskins. The photo was taken in 1996 by Andrea Brown (R.I.P.).

Our Most amazing Collaboration Ever.  God blessed with this opportunity to work with these Legends. They remixed it 5 years later,  and the 5 min version first appeared on The Bar-Kays EP "Gown Folks". P Treasures is a rare and never heard before P-Funk nugget, that features raw and funky performances by Gary « Mudbone » Cooper and Garry « Starchild » Shider, as well as assisting guests performances by George Clinton, Eddie Hazel, Mallia « Queen of Funk » Franklin and David Spradley.

« Dance Rockit » and « Satisfied », the two superfunky tracks included in P Treasures, were intended for an album that never saw the light of day due to unforeseen circumstances. For its first ever release, Funk-U Records is proud to bring to you for the first time this 100% heavy piece of P-Funk, uncut funk, THE BOMB, in a 12’ red vinyl limited to 300 numbered and signed copies by Gary « Mudbone » Cooper.
