In this meditation, Michael and Metatron create a sphere of light calling on energies from great the Central Sun along with electric blue angelic fire. 

Into this fire you are invited to release all lower energies coming from the mass media. We ask for a release of all disinformation,  misinformation, opinion, judgement, anxiety, fear and sexual manipulation from any media source whether that be TV, internet, films, documentaries, video clips, newspapers, or magazines. 

In this meditation we include anything you have picked up from radio waves or any energy waves plus anything you have picked up from the energy fields and realities of others. "Yes, another world of work is possible and that may sound a crazy notion if you feel trapped in some meaningless, boring, or stressful job that seems to suck the very life out of you. Work is a major source of suffering for most of the beings living on this planet and this does not have to be the case. Work can be a vehicle for something radically different, but more about that shortly.  

When you consider how much time you spend in work over a lifetime then you really should think about the quality of that time and effort. Yes, it may seem a scary thought to leave the safety and security of some boring or stressful job to step out into the unknown but consider the consequences of staying! 

Feeling stuck in some meaningless job that feels joyless or hard can take its toll physically, emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually. Such work will create stress which will feel like an ongoing tension in the body as well as generating emotional and mental tension. Stress, over time, can often lead to ill-health and serious illness. Long term stress will lower our vital force energy, our vibration and this in turn will impact everything, what is possible for us to allow, accept, attract, and create in our reality...."

Theta activity reflects the dreamlike state between wakefulness and sleep. Theta rhythms are associated with meditation and shamanic states of consciousness. Theta increases creativity, enhances learning, reduces stress, and awakens intuition. Binaural beats can induce profoundly deep altered states within minutes. All you need is a pair of stereo headphones and a comfortable chair. The recording does the rest.

Until recently, only those who practiced ancient meditative disciplines could enter transcendent states of awareness. Now there is an easier pathway called binaural technology. Researcher H.W. Dove discovered that when two pure tones close in frequency are presented, one to each ear, the brain detects the difference between them as a third frequency. The two hemispheres of the brain entrain to this binaural beat rather than the audible tones. For example, a 90 Hz tone and 95 Hz tone will induce a 5 Hz theta brainwave cycle.

The audible tone, or carrier frequency, also influences consciousness. The carrier tone must be a pure sine wave. If this tone is complex, like a drum or synthesized sound, the target binaural beat frequency will be corrupted.
