Achtsamkeit lässt sich systematisch aufbauen und kultivieren. In MBSR Kursen werden deshalb solche Meditationen unterrichtet und geübt, welche uns dabei helfen Klarheit, Ruhe und Gegenwärtigkeit zu entwickeln.

Die Body-Scan-Meditation und die Sitzmeditation, so wie sie Jon-Kabat-Zinn unterrichtet, beziehen sich dabei auf die tausende von Jahren überlieferte Achtsamkeits-Meditation, welche ihren Ursprung im alten Indien hat. 

Aus tiefem Respekt gegenüber diesem universellen Wissen möchte ich meine Meditationen, so wie ich sie in den MBSR-Kursen anleite, auch all jenen Menschen zur Verfügung stellen, welche an der Entwicklung ihrer Achtsamkeit arbeiten möchten und keine Möglichkeit haben, an einem MBSR-Kurs teilzunehmen.
