Das yogabeats Projekt wurde 2010 aufgrund der vermehrten Nachfrage von Lehrern verschiedener Yoga Schulen und freien Trainern ins Leben gerufen.
Die Produzenten setzten sich zum Ziel, Musik zu kreieren, die speziell auf die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen des power- bzw. intensiv- Yoga abgestimmt ist, aber auch jedes andere Yoga Genre bedient.
Eine harmonische Symbiose aus sanften electronic beats, handgespielten percussion Grooves und traditionellen Instrumenten.
Live eingespielt und auf höchstem Niveau produziert.
Durch die komplette Produktionszeit wurden alle Titel von Yogalehrern im Praxistest auf Funktionalität und Kursteilnehmer – Feedback hin überprüft. Die BPM (Beats per minute) Rate ist perfekt auf eine abgestimmte Atemfrequenz angepasst. Dies ist speziell im Vinjasa Yoga, Yoga Flow, Dynamic Yoga (atemsynchrone Bewegungsabläufe) für den Praktizierenden von großem Vorteil.
Im Entspannungsteil wurde innovativ mit Binaural Beats gearbeitet. Hierbei handelt es sich um den gezielten Einsatz von Frequenzschwebungen welche den Wandel der Hirnwellenströme sanft von Aktiv auf Aktiv /Passiv begleiten.
Die einzelnen Titel sind logisch aufeinander aufgebaut und praktisch für jede Art von Yogastil geeignet. Speziell aber für die Körperlich etwas mehr fordernden Yogastiele konzipiert.
Power- und Intensiv- Yoga sind moderne Yogastile die auch verstärkt in Fitnesstudios und Wellness Zentren Einzug halten.
