Part 1 - Settling is meant for settling in, arriving at the place where you listen to this music, relaxing and becoming present
Part 2 - Going Deep is meant for the real work, where you on your journey travel within. The music can here help you experience different states and emotions and will guide you through, both pushing you and holding you
Part 3 - Coming Back is meant slowly to bring you back, letting go of your inner work, and integrate it in a state of celebration in a space of love and light
